I really dropped the ball on updating! Here we are 4 years later and I can say that Dr. Sanchez and his staff are still amazing. My Mom went through with removal of a few teeth (we had a great referral from Dr. Sanchez's office). She received well made partial, it needed a few adjustments but the over all fit was great. She still see's Dr. Sanchez regularly and she is still very happy with her results and the care she receives from his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez if you are in need of a knowledgeable professional who is kind, understanding, and wonderful staff. Jerry Sanchez is the best general dentist on planet earth! I've been going to Jerry for many years. On the off occasion when I need a specialist, every one of them comments on the quality and craftsmanship of My crowns and fillings. Two specialists called Jerry's work "Art". Recently, I had a poor root canal done by an endodontist, and Jerry was able to see me the next morning. He was able to recover a cracked tooth and avoid me having another extraction. Saved my pain, saved a lot of $ and saved me, period. I strongly recommend Dr. Jerry Sanchez. Oh, and he is the worlds best shot giver. 80% of the time I do not even feel the shot, and on palate shots I barely feel it. And he truly cares about you, the patient. I am a dentist that works in a large group of dentists. A benefit I receive as part of my employment is that other dentists in my group will do whatever work I need for free. I had a filling done by one of the dentists in my group. It hurt for 6 months and then fell out when my hygienist was cleaning between my teeth. Needless to say I was pretty upset. As a dentist I want the best work possible for my teeth as I understand how things develop. The scary fact is that there is a lot of shoddy work out there. I asked around to other professionals in my area and Dr. Sanchez was recommended. Dr Sanchez recently completed an inlay to repair the missing filling for me. I paid 100% out of pocket because I wanted the work done right and don't have insurance. I am extremely pleased to report he did an excellent job. The inlay was performed flawlessly and all my sensitivity and pain is completely gone. His temporary was also extremely comfortable. If you want a Dentist's dentist then Dr. Sanchez is your guy. Dr Sanchez has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is extremely skilled, kind and honest. The equipment is very up to date and the office is kept very clean. I was happy when Linda was in charge of Dr. Sanchez' office. When his wife took over everything changed. His wife was so rude to me. My husband and I had an agreement with the office that they would not exceed our insurance limit. They did on my husband's account. A payment plan was agreed upon by the office and Dr. Sanchez. My husband was making payments. I had an appointment for a new crown. When I went in for my appointment Mrs. Sanchez brought me in an office and was asking me how I felt about my teeth. I confided in her that it was really hard for me to smile anymore because of the wear on my teeth. I cried and probably shared more than I should. She said to me "well maybe you should think about putting off that kitchen remodel and get a new smile". I was not planning a remodel but it was her attempt at a $25,000 sell. She got up and went into another room, when she came back her entire attitude had changed. She told me that I would be getting no work done until I resolved my husbands $200 balance. I explained he was taking care of that. She began speaking louder, forcefully and her tone was demeaning. She let me know that I needed to put this on a credit card or something, but I would not get my crown until I "paid up". At this point she was yelling loud enough for people in the outer office and waiting room to hear. I left crying. When I got home and told my husband what happened he went to their office to talk to them about the agreement. Mrs. Sanchez began yelling at him. When he told her to stop her yelling, Dr. Sanchez came out and made an aggressive move toward my husband. My husband then said he would pay the balance then and there and we would not be back. I was shocked with the entire unprofessional behavior and both their parts. I would never recommend them to anyone. We were treated horribly and I have since found out that Mrs. Sanchez' rudeness did not begin or end with us. read more
