RAEGAN took our case, she's a customer advocate for sure and a girls girl. It's been awhile since I've seen a banker advocate for us so much. Stood up from us, even when customer service tried to say we were wrong (they closed a claim without addressing the fraud we reported and said we can't reopen it...wut?). So I appreciate you, girlie! Before coming out for a visit, I called and spoke with a Co-Pastor, Ruth Ann, and she was so gracious and attentive on the phone, answering all of my questions and listening to what I felt were my own unique needs. I was simply trying to find a warm and welcoming community of believers, so that my relatives could have a chance to experience the transformational power of God in their lives. I know....this is a "big ask," right? But the most amazing thing that could happen took place that day where instead of a sermon, we had the opportunity to hear directly from the church members about how God was indeed working in their lives. It was a very powerful experience for us, especially since this was our first time there. Before, during, and after the service, we felt welcomed and comfortable that we were in the right place. One of my unique requests was to find a church that has members who are both English and Spanish speakers, and I found it here! Indeed, we stayed after service and spoke with Ruth Ann in English, and spoke in Spanish with some church members. What comes across is that the Pastors and the members here are not in church to perform rituals, deliver sermons, nod in agreement with each other, and then go home. Instead, they really are there to serve God and each other with their lives and this comes across in all they do. I know this is based on one visit, but my relatives have continued going to The Well and they are being blessed as a result. I would gladly drive down from Los Angeles again to continue visiting in the future. Thanks to the YELP community for helping me find this place.

Let's be real---We all know banks charge more service fees than any credit union. Our family has…read moretwo credit union accounts---each of us do. The thing is that our credit unions have ZERO branches in Northern California---we're my husband has been currently deployed by his work. So per his ideas we opened accounts here at Wells Fargo. Now I've glad we did: 1) Wells Fargo has some accounts that have a monthly service fee of just $5. I wasn't expecting this. I always dismissed them as being atrociously overpriced. 2) The parking for this particular branch is in their own private lot. Ample, easily accessible free parking. 3) Both my daughter (age 21 and highly critical of poor Public Relations training) and myself have taken double takes at the genuine warmth, intelligence and terrific PR skills of their Branch Manager---a lovely woman by the name of "Sadie". I have to credit the "trickle down effect" for the fact that we have yet to come across a single source apple in the bunch of lovely and courteous employees at this particular branch.

Not only was I lighter, my stomach wasn't bloated like usual and I felt a ton more energy and clear head. I ended up buying a package with Donna. Ive been suffering from stomach issues for about 10 years and after going to so many doctors and tests, they were only interested in prescribing medicine. I wanted a more holistic route so I decided to give this place a shot. After an initial phone call with Donna to schedule, I was still skeptical. Donna was a little short on the phone as she only talked about scheduling and getting me on the books - however, once I walked through her door, Donna was the sweetest, most welcoming human being there is. She took her time to sit down and get to know me, shared her personal stories and was soooo patience with me. She took her time to make me feel comfortable and I was never rushed. Matter of fact, I felt bad that she was so patience allowing me to ask all type of questions. That alone made me feel so comfortable.
