The room was clean. The cable tv works perfectly. They provided me with gloves and disinfectant spray in my room. My main complaint though is that there were mini roaches in the room and that I was placed next to the pipes or something that I hear noises each time someone operates the shower. As for the food, they only currently allow meals prepared by their restaurant (no outside orders since it's normally for peopléin quarantine). The price was very expensive but quality is good. 517pesos for a chicken meal

The place is perfectly located in Eastwood with the grocery store directly in front and mall is adjacent. The deluxe room is spacious, beds are comfortable, pillows felt like clouds, and they had hot water. WiFi service is spot on with no interruption. Air condition in the room was excellent. There is air condition throughout the common areas and even in the fitness room. The breakfast buffet was great. I booked more nights.

Although Glass Garden is a little bit too hard to find, it is totally worth it once you see it. It has got this big dome shaped ceiling with glasses everywhere (it's called The Glass Garden, duh!). It also has very cute indoor garden set up that works well with its name. It just reminds me of Beauty and the Beast, I feel like I was in the Beast's castle (that is if the Beast's castle is a little brighter and has more life). It's smaller than our first room, but sure, not complaining about it. I wonder why there's no microwave in the room, it takes forever to asked an attendant to reheat food for you and you have to fill up a form. Also, why they don't have stairs? Elevator takes a while because everyone uses the elevator even thought it's only 1 floor. On our 3rd day we went out all day, we came back and our room key card is not working. We're at 17th floor, again elevator takes a while. We're all tired but we needed to go down asked for why the key card is not working, they said that it was kept next to a magnetic device or whatever. But when we get inside to our room, the card that opens the light and ac is also not working. Why would they deactivate it? So I needed to go down again and have them reactivate the key card for the lights and ac to work. I got tired going up and down asking and telling them my concern.
