Bought voucher for a friend and they refused to honor. On the voucher it CLEARLY states that the printed voucher can be used to redeem the offer, but they said they needed to redeem it on the phone and wouldn't accept the voucher with the redemption code. On the voucher it early states either could be presented. Since it was a gift it wasn't available via phone. Andy, was not accommodating and upset that it was shown that it was stated on the voucher that the paper could be used without the phone. A refund needs to be issued IMMEDIATELY! read more

Probably the worst smoke shop here in Baldwin Park. The place is always closed even prior pandemic. One day it'll open and I kid you not it would be closed a few days after. Ask me how I know? Because I smoke puffbars everyday o pass this shop everyday. I got lucky once I saw it opened, come to find out that they're so outta game with their vape disposables. All they had was fake puffbars and absolutely no other options. I mean come on even a damn gas stations had more options than this smoke/vape shop. Employee was also blahh af when I walked in. They had a wide variety of items in store, & customer service was friendly. Only downside; most of the items I was interested in were only available on their website. Walked out with a small refillable lighter, with an adjustable flame. Once I got home to test it out, unfortunately that's when I noticed the fluid was practically halfway gone before first light. And the butane ran out a lot quicker than most other lighters I've used before, since the flame wasn't that easily adjustable. Minus 1 star for the product availability & my purchase. read more

Came here on Wednesday around 2 to look for some glassware. Lucy was extremely helpful and patient while I took 20 minutes to find the perfect gift! She helped me make an account in case I changed my mind and wanted to exchange the piece. I bought the $15 for $30 voucher for the first time and it worked perfectly (I showed it to them on my phone) I've been here a few times and it is one of my favorite places to buy glass and anything smoking related, as their selection is extremely wide. read more

This is the third time I stop by and they're on "break". It's so frustrating because they never put a specific time they will return to open up the shop once again. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and no one has returned. During this time period about 5 costumers have stopped by and left unsatisfied because they wasted their time coming and it's close. They're losing costumers. It literally takes less than 1 minute to write the time they will return so they don't waste customers time, but I guess it's too much to ask for. Never coming back.
