I bought glass from them, to be specific a slurper kit. I only had it for 3 months and it snapped in half while I was in the middle of hearing it up, the cashier was rude and said they don't do refunds considering I'm a consistent buyer there. If you want real glass. Go somewhere else. They rip you off at this place, and they won't care to take care of returning customers. Never coming back here again. Puff n Pass is a joke ! Since I can't reply to the comment the owner posted, yes I'm serious, your seller swore up and down that this glass was good quality, maybe you should train your coworkers about the glass and be honest with the customer who's buying. I bought a bucket that was cheaper then the one your employee sold me and it lasted me a year if not longer, I come back to this place trusting you guys but 3 months later it completely just snaps after I heated it up. I trusted you guys and I dropped a lot of money with you guys, would of been cool if you showed me some love cause I know you seen me at your shop multiple times. Tell your customers not to hype up cheap glass next time. It's not a joke, it's business, charges me 40 for a bucket that snapped in 3 months. So Ive been coming to this shop for years, buying bongs and rigs and etc. and spent well over $600 on stuff there. The reason why I keep coming is because of the young dude employee and because of the boss that works there. We even gave them a little something back to show how much we appreciated them. The boss always been welcoming buying rigs and things that I need for my bong and etc. totally feel valued. By other employees and the boss man. Employees make me feel well appreciated and then the boss just makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. Still would keep coming here and totally would recommend to come to this shop. Had the worst experience here. Guy sold me a fake roor bong and passed it off as real and when I tried to return it 45 mins later when I realized it was fake he said it was used because all I had done was put water when I noticed. Unsatisfied with their customer service. Spent $50 on two pipes. One was tripple glass and broke in two days after falling 1 foot & 1/2 onto a thick rug. The secong piece snapped in half in my hand after grabbing it. Went back see if I can get an exchange or at least something else. I couldnt even get a sorry from them. PHUK THIS PLACE! Im sure loosing me wont hurt business but they just lost a loyal customer. And I collect pipes too so ill gladly give my money to someone else with better customer service and better warranties on their expensive pieces. read more

I can't say I have visited the shop , because I have yet to do so. But from what I can say is that they have terrible customer service on the phone. I asked if they carry a specific brand of juices that I've been looking for and the guy on the phone said "Yes we do and it's been on Channel 5" then he started laughing and said goodnight. ??? Then I called back to confirm whether or not they carried any vape juices at all and he said "I don't know what you're talking about vape. We don't have any. " So I asked again then he said, " I know who you are. You're that kid on the bike. You always call." And I said, "Who? What kid are you talking about?" Then all he kept saying was , "Yeah I know you. Why don't you come by to the shop to see what we have." First of all, This experience on the phone call is TERRIBLE. And second, who the hell is this kid he's referring to??? I don't know what kind of employees you guys hire or who that person was specifically but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
