Had I not called to check on the delivery my wife would have never received them. Value = questionable. Was it worth it? Personal message was also hidden within the arrangement and was not even noticed until well after the fact.

Imagine being told the flowers you ordered are there but they just haven't bloomed yet. Because everyone knows flower buds are more beautiful than bloomed flowers. Or imagine that your item was changed without anyone contacting you. I guess I don't have to imagine. As for the next day delivery and note. I mean the gift is already ruined so even if the next delivery is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen, it doesn't really have the same meaning does it?
