I couldn't say nothing more than Thank you for all you do! This hallowed goodie-filled chocolate heart was super fun for my and the hubby - kids not allowed to touch (Letting us Grown Kids relieve some stress and SMASH ) Meeting some of the people / the crew is always an important part as you could or could not see whether there's happiness in what they do. Happy workers+Happy goodies=Happy customers

Get your heart! Baked by Blair was one of our most exciting experiences in eating sweets. The thin white heart chocolate that formed heart was shaped so edgy and have a really cool shape. This smashable chocolate is really cool to give to your loved ones. You can add more stuff inside by yourself through lifting the white chocolate that shaped heart. You can use it for proposal or putting pictures or more. You get a lot of treats inside like kisses, lindt, local candies and more plus the fact that the white chocolate heart is edible.

Baked by Blair Play offered a cookie decorating class for yelp this week. She made kits available to us to purchase. They could be mailed to several locations within Texas where they could be picked up at the bakery or from her as she was out and about delivering it all over San Antonio the day before the presentation. I was very impressed by her commitment and her willingness to meet you in far North San Antonio since I was driving in from Austin! I really appreciated it. I purchased three kits and my two granddaughters will be participating in the training with me. I will write up a formal review and the page yelp provides for us but wanted to definitely give her kudos for her great customer service!!!

Participated in last night's virtual holiday decorating class. It was a relaxing and cathodic activity. The cookie kit had everything o needed: homemade sugar cookies, royal icing and sprinkles. Decorating was fun. The cookies were also delicious. Hope to do it again with my grandchildren.

If you are looking for something fun and different lk no further. Valentines Day is right around the corner! A just because is always nice too! Today I received a beautiful white chocolate breakable heart! It was so pretty I didn't want to crack it. The struggle was real! It came with a cute wooden hammer and inside it was filled with all sorts of goodies. The white chocolate heart was fresh and yummy! Guess what? Baked by Blair delivers too! A little about Blair she's a professional pastry chef and graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. She does all kinds of custom work. These bears are great for gender reveals too! Please support this San Antonio gem

The artistry on these cookies is out of this world. Hubby bought me some cookies I got to enjoy yesterday and I am hooked. Sooo yummy! Can't wait to revisit!

I loved this cookie kit. The cookies were not too hard and were nice and thick so that they were still soft when you ate them. This kit had everything you need and during this yelp event Blair did such a great job walking everyone through instructions and how to work with the materials. I'm so happy these turned out well and were yummy to boot! Definitely check her out for custom orders, she says she does gourmet pretzels of different flavors too and these cookie kits are great to impress your friends or a fun activity for the kids.

Most delicious frosted sugar cookie. The texture was perfect and there was the right amount of salt to compliment the sweetness. So yummy!!

I received this Valentine delivery today and it warmed my heart! I will not have a Valentine this year but Blair from BakedbyBlair delivered . My kids were especially excited to get into the candy. What a creative Valentine Day gift. If you don't know what to get your Valentine go see BakedbyBlair. Highly recommend!

Love love love this sweet treat! It's such fun breaking the chocolate to uncover the candy in the center and makes me feel like a little kid, not to mention the presentation is adorable and I was able to have it delivered to my door. The chocolate this local baker uses is sooo delicious and they did such a good job with EVERYTHING! 10/10 would recommend!

I had the unexpected pleasure of receiving one of Blair's awesome cookie decorating kits this week. Through a virtual Yelp event, Blair did a tutorial on how to decorate my cookies as well as just general baking information. Her story is a sweet one (pun obviously intended) - Blair discovered her love of baking through TGBBS. Through experimenting with different confectionary treats and posting her creations on social media, orders started coming in and she could make a living doing what she loved! I'm not local to San Antonio but Blair was able to ship me my cookie kit and it was perfect. Not only did I really enjoy decorating my own cookies, they were DELICIOUS!! I'm told she can do just about anything baking-related, including (...drumroll please...) HOMEMADE PRETZELS. Holy cow, I'm practically drooling thinking about it. Five stars easily earned. Can't wait to order from her again!

My sister & I bought milk toast, a berry tart, hokkaido custard bun, matcha red bean bun, jalapeño cream cheese, milk tea, & a chocolate bun before going over to the Tesco mart to have some shopping fun. Everything was good & if I did have one near me I'd be 100lbs bigger from binging my favorite Japanese style pastries all the time. The selection here is unmatched.

There were very limited fresh selections available, and many items were still being baked during opening hours. In my opinion, a bakery should open with the shelves fully stocked and ready for customers, especially those of us stopping in early. The prices are reasonable, ranging from about $2.50-$4.00 for both sweet and savory pastries, but price doesn't make up for the lack of availability. I expected to have more options to choose from instead of empty or partially filled displays. For consistency in early morning breakfast items, I could have easily gone to Krispy Kreme, where you know exactly what you're getting when the doors open. That said, 85°C is convenient and their mango smoothies are great. Overall, it's a decent spot, but I wouldn't recommend going first thing in the morning if you're expecting a full pastry selection.

We were given menus to look at while we waited so by the time we got to the counter, we were ready to order. The baked goods aren't on the menu, so when we walked by the counter filled with croissants, kouign amann, bear claws, apple pie, cheese cakes, it was hard to choose what we wanted!! We ordered: the Alamo Burger: a 8 oz wagyu beef smash burger , served with a fried egg, caramelized onions, cheese on a crispy croissant bun. It was incredible and worth the 15-20 minute wait! Almond croissant - a monster sized, flaky croissant with a generous almond filling. Guy Fieri highlighted this croissant on his DD&D show. It's probably a million calories not worth it! Tequila strawberry tres leches croissant - a small, cream filled croissant with strawberries. This was our least favorite. My husband didn't like the filling, I didn't like the sogginess of the croissant. Coffee - really good brewed coffee with free refills. We plan to go back a few more times while we're in town!!

I chose this location because it was close to my hotel. The first thing that caught my eye was the pastry display. I had heard great things about their conchas, so I purchased a chocolate concha, a chocolate croissant, and a guava-filled pastry. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. All three pastries seemed a bit dry to me and didn't live up to the hype. I also tried their brunch offerings, which were good but nothing particularly memorable. On a positive note, the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The ambiance was casual and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to visit overall.

I do wish the layer of cake was a bit taller. I do love how the cheesecakes come in a glass jar so I can reuse it, but you can also save them and give them back when you accumulate 10 for a free jar of cheesecake. As for the drink, I got a dragonfruit strawberry matcha latte. It was pretty good, but I felt like the strawberry was a little overpowering and I couldn't taste the dragonfruit. They do have glutten free, sugar free options too if you are the type of person needing to watch what you eat. They all looked really cute but settled on a tiramisu. I wont lie I did get thrown off on taste at first since my thought keep me thinking it wasn't a cheesecake but it tasted good. I did bring it home to chill it more and tasted even better.
