My sister, fortunately, was referred to stay at Gracey Wood II a little over two years ago for hospice care. I have experienced a lot of different care centers for family members over my 77 + years but their facility is BY FAR the best and most consistent quality care center I have ever seen. Every time I would visit I had nothing but the best experience with their entire staff, protocols and cleanliness. They have been such a relief to me and my other family members to know that our sister was treated so well, humanely and professionally. Her compassion and caring personality immediately put me at ease and made it feel like a home away from home. When we arrived, Mama Kimele came out and these incredible women helped get me inside. They are kind, loving, knowledgeable and will take care of all of your needs while you're there. They make you feel like you are a part of their family the moment you arrive. They will also teach you everything you need to know about your post operative care and make sure you receive your medications right on time, even if that is in the middle of the night. When you arrive, you will be helped into your room, made comfortable, given your own call button, a basket full of snacks, any drink you can think of as well as a large, insulated cup of ice water that they keep full to make sure you stay properly hydrated. There are televisions in each room and the property has a beautiful backyard where you can sit and enjoy watching the local wildlife while getting some fresh air. The facility is beautiful and has everything you need to heal comfortably. One of my favorite amenities was the reclining chair with lift assist to help you stand up. It made getting up after my surgery pain free and it reclines enough for a good nights sleep. If you are able to sleep lying down, you will enjoy a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and blankets to keep you warm. Now let me tell you about the food! Mama Kimele prepares delicious food from scratch each day. I cannot stop thinking about the stew I was served while I was there. There is nothing like a home cooked meal while you're body is trying to heal. Everything they served was healthy and delicious! I highly recommend Premier Recovery Aftercare! I was well taken care of and feel like I have new friends for life!

The first time I was matched with a woman who kept pressing me to tell her my mental health issues even when I said I was not comfortable she then told me she would find out through my medical records. I told my doctor I didn't want to go back but was referred there again. Then I was matched with a male who actually tried making fun of me for being injured (and at a young age) and then tried making sexual comments towards me. He said this isn't my business but are you able to perform sexually when you're experiencing the pain.... Absolutely ridiculous. And then he assured me the treatment would approved by my insurance but it was denied due to a lack of information submitted by him. And he wasn't taking me serious the entire time kept telling me to just stop wearing certain shoes. Even when I tried explaining how serious my injury was. And no one ever called me to explain why I was denied treatment I had to call myself and they told me I'd be getting a call back with more details and never did. This place is awful and the people who work here have serious issues.

I called St David's & talked to a real local person, who empathized with me. Night & day difference & the choice was clear. I had a couple tests scheduled at the outpatient imaging center. The day of my testing, everyone I interacted with was smiling, upbeat, & so friendly. They seemed to go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. First, the people there are great, 99% of staff and nurses were very helpful and nice. But, the administration is awful. It's a business, remember above everything they care about your money. Intake is a glorified sales line, I was told I'd stay for 5 days, and would be charged a certain amount of money - great, I accepted and attended. Even asked - is there any scenario in which other services would be required that would cost additional money? I'm seeing a lot of reviews of people saying they got overcharged... "Nope! You won't need anything like that, sometimes people get labs done (bloodwork, etc) - you definitely won't need that. You'll pay X amount of $, and that's it" First day, staff is expecting me to provide bloodwork. I dont have my phone, I have no idea how much this will cost. Zero communication between staff and intake. Intake team doesn't communicate with staff at all. Additionally, the meals are disgusting. Canned, cold, mass produced prison food. On the 5th day, I'm expecting to leave to get back to work, but they then explain that I'm "required" to stay for 6 days - why wasn't this told to me at intake? I had to stay until midnight for my ride to pick me up, which just felt rediculous. On top of that, 4 months later, I was charged an additional $600 for no apparent reason, no communication. Called the billing department, no one picks up. I received a completely incomprehensible voicemail that did nothing to explain the charges, discuss next steps, or honestly even communicate an intelligible statement. Literally, could not understand a single sentiment of that voicemail. Awesome!

The clinic is clean, decorated colorfully and pleasantly. I had used this clinic 2 years ago, and returned for its service this year. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs PT. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had some issue with the clinic scheduling service, which I think needs some improvement.

Home exercises that are specifically for my needs are posted on line each week, and have videos as well as written instructions. They're pretty easy to follow (though not necessarily easy for me to do ). I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be at Symmetry and especially to work with Brad.
