I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly, in about a week's time. My daughter is a med student at Temple and I have learned that Dermatology is a very sought out field and Dermatologists were most likely near or at the top of their med class. Knowing this, and some friend's recommendations, I was confident that I was in good hands with Dr. Finklestein. What really impressed me about Dr. Finklestein is how thorough he was. I showed him the concerns I had with the two small spots on my face and he immediately put my mind to ease. One was just a mole, that he would have tested and the other was common Seborrheic Keratosis. He removed both of these during the visit and both procedures were painless. He also checked my back, my feet, my scalp, in between my toes and some other areas. After about a week I could barely notice that anything had been removed. Alta also called to inform me my mole test came back benign or negative for cancer. I recently went back to Dr. Finklestein to have another small Seborrheic Keratosis removed from my scalp by cryosurgery and that was equally successful. I would strongly and highly recommend Alta and Dr. Finklestein. I would also try to schedule an appointment early in the morning to avoid a long wait. I did have to wait about a half hour to get to the examination room and then another 20 minutes to see Dr. Finklestein.

After seeing numerous specialists, under going countless tests and various treatments. I was told my hearing loss was permanent and due to an autoimmune disorder causing inflammation on my trigeminal nerve. She left not only glue on my eyelids so they felt sticky, the dye was on my eyelids and she missed a few of my lashes so they were left straight. and when i went to sleep that night i woke up and my brows were completely messed up and looked terrible. the only thing i cared about tho was my lashes. so i called and asked her about coming back in to fix her mistake on my lashes. not only did i have to pay full price AGAIN for her mistake but they made me pay the same amount even tho i didn't get the bundle this time. i just wanted my brows tinted which was supposed to be 130 altogether. they made me pay the 170 AGAIN!! they are SCAMMERS!! went to dispute both transactions and won't be going back. don't waste your time.
