I didn't have to remove any clothing from waist up and put on a robe. I sat in a seat that was reclined back. I requested the signature facial. My face was cleansed. I had a few extractions in the nose area only, a hydration mask, some product was applied to my face and then I was done. It took about 30mins. I did receive a compliment when I left that my skin looked good. Although I didn't receive the shoulder/neck massage that I am Use to, I will try this location again. My doctor reviewed any changes since I last came in. Before the exam, she asked if I had any concerns or things to look at and I had two. She addressed them immediately and walked me through the removal process. I had a skin tag removed. It was super quick and easy! I was misdiagnosed twice for what turned out to be a garden variety fungal infection. It seems when they don't know what they are looking at they fall back on doing a core biopsy. When I requested to see a real doctor I was informed that she wasn't taking new patients, so it was the incompetent PAs or nothing. I spoke to the office manager who tried to convince me that the PA who treated me has been with the practice for 5 years so just as good as seeing the Dr. Seeing I was getting nowhere with this practice I went to another local practice who had no problem scheduling me with a real Dr. who immediately and accurately diagnosed my issue.

My results were horrible I still have bags under my eyes and there is no difference in them before or after just a horrible recovery period where I had swelling bruising and skin discoloration for 8 months after surgery. I'm sure she probably gets it right with most patients but she did not get it right with me, nor did the office attempt to make things right in anyway possible. Unlike most of her patients I'm not wealthy and this surgery was an investment for me towards the longevity of my career in entertainment and it was an EPIC fail.

However, I was not made aware during the time of booking that the cost of Botox injectables is not necessarily based off cost/unit. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

After being on medication to heal the reaction, the swollenness has subsided, but the itching and redness is still here. The effect from this process has left my skin dry and wrinkled. I had my trial at her home office and fell in love with the look she created for me. It was very soft and romantic but bold enough to last me through the entire night. I had to go out afterwards, and received so many compliments. We had two separate ceremonies when the wedding came, we had a tea ceremony as well as a traditional wedding. She created two unique looks for both days since my outfits were also very different. I had the best experience with her. She is laid back but very professional. My bridal party all loved their look as well and even through the heat during our photography sessions, our make up stayed put! It was about 85-90 degrees that day and I was impressed that our look did not melt off by then. She made jokes and helped keep me entertained the whole morning during prep. Her prices were fair, and included lashes, which you think you never need but you must. I personally did not get them because I got extensions, but everyone else did. She and her team mate finished my party of myself, 6 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, 1 grandmother and a number of other people that wanted make up just as guests in a very efficient and well paced manner. I would not hesitate to recommend to any other bride. I had two make up trials before this and I was not as excited until Jen did my make up. I am asian also and I feel like a lot of make up artists are not as diverse. The previous two make up artist did not play with my features correctly and did a standard application of make up.
