I haven't gotten any services here, but I came for a consultation and it was a friendly, and also somewhat strange, encounter. Dr.Anu seems like a very honest person! I made an appointment, confirmed via text, and drove to the office. During the pandemic, you're required to call when you arrive and they'll let you into their space. I called, they said they had tried to reach me to see if I wanted an online appointment instead and if I'd rather do that. Was very confused because I was literally asking them to open the door for me, standing AT THEIR OFFICE. They let me in, but it felt like they didn't want me there. When I got there I waited like 3 minutes (I think I was the only customer) for the doc to see me. My consultation was on laser hair removal but dr.anu quickly let me know I was not a good candidate (apparently you have to be super hairy with thick dark hair). It was literally a 5 minute interaction and then I left. On one hand I nearly felt it a waste to have come to the office, but on the other, I appreciated that she was honest and didn't try to sell me on anything. I'd say based on the consultation alone, I didn't really find this place comforting or friendly at all. However, it might have just been because of the pandemic? They offer a lot of spa services and definitely were the most responsive out of the multiple med spas I called. Their prices seem fair and they also had the best reviews, so I'd still recommend giving this place a try. read more

Got my lashes done last month. a tint and lift bundled with brow lamination. First of all very very overpriced for what i received. Have never gotten it done before but when i got home i knew they weren't good what so ever. She left not only glue on my eyelids so they felt sticky, the dye was on my eyelids and she missed a few of my lashes so they were left straight. and when i went to sleep that night i woke up and my brows were completely messed up and looked terrible. the only thing i cared about tho was my lashes. so i called and asked her about coming back in to fix her mistake on my lashes. not only did i have to pay full price AGAIN for her mistake but they made me pay the same amount even tho i didn't get the bundle this time. i just wanted my brows tinted which was supposed to be 130 altogether. they made me pay the 170 AGAIN!! they are SCAMMERS!! went to dispute both transactions and won't be going back. don't waste your time. read more

I went to Anu to have a brown spot removed from the tip of my nose and the woman was dismissive. She said it would only come back and it was a freckle. I was so disappointed. I asked her about something else and again, she was dismissive like they didn't want to take me on as a client. I did not talk to the "doctor" herself....I won't be going back. That being said, it isn't as nice as when they were on Route 73. I didn't like anything about it this time. read more

I have used the services at Anu Medical Spa over the last several years. I typically wait for their monthly specials, but the regular prices are competitive compared to other medical spas. Dr. Momi and her spa staff are excellent! (Donna - is wonderful) (Kristine is an artist with perm makeup). The customer service has improved dramatically with the new front office staff. The phones are answered, calls are returned and customer service is alive and well! I will continue to battle with gravity and aging with Anu's help! Thank you, Ladies! read more

While Anu is in a great location and is beautiful I really felt like making a claim to the better business bureau in my area. The staff is mostly wonderful but when I was disappointed with the results of my procedure I met with the managing doctor. She laughed me off and was disrespectful. She didn't take my concerns seriously & said she thought I was lucky that the provider was willing to treat me once more for free. I spent $1,500 on services and a lot of time & had zero results. IN ADDITION, I had a lash lift done at the spa (by a different tech!) and my lashes BROKE OFF! ** I want to say that the provider who i spent the most time with was very professional and KIND but the service did not produce any results at all and cost $1,500. read more

I'm sorry I ever went to this place. Showed a picture of the eyebrows I wanted that they had in the office. didn't get what I wanted! I didn't want to go back for the finishing touches but they talk you into it saying they will fix things. I should have went with my instinct. I asked for brown she did brown the first appointment but did black on the second appointment. one brow is longer than the other. sorry I ever picked this place! read more

The Spa closes early on Saturdays but they don't change their outgoing telephone message to inform cutomers. So, I've traveled there, from Philadelphia, to get product to find them to be closed despite stated hours. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. Prior to my travel there, knowing they've done this before, I called, left a message and sent email telling them I'm on my way. It was 2pm when I arrived and their stated closing hour is at 3pm. When I requested they send/mail me the product, due to the circumstances, they were rude, dismissive and told me to get the product elsewhere. I asked for the owner of the Salon and never heard back from them. They have a bad attitude and lack customer service orientation. I was confused by how dismissive they were to me knowing they were at fault. read more

The moment you walk in, you are in a professional and relaxing atmosphere. The Microdermabrasion procedure with facial which I had recently had was a very pleasant experience with expected results.I was even given educational information how to maintain a healthy complexion. Worst Botox experience ever!!! I told this doctor I didn't want any lines or movement; I went back 3 times paid over $500 to get worst result I ever had from any time I got Botox in the 18 years I've Ben's getting it. The last time I visited the dr., I saud I wanted the same look as she had with no lines in her forehead and she still didn't do it. i can only surmise that she diluted these batches so much- don't waste your money!! read more

I used to come here and received Botox & Juvederm from Dr Momi. I do not currently do either of those anymore but was looking to get permanent make up. I decided to try here, because I had been there in the past and it's a nice, clean, quiet environment, & I knew they would have someone good. Kristine did a great job on my brows, so I went back to have my lips done. I needed a lip correction due to having skin cancer removed years ago. My lips & brows look incredible. If you are thinking about permanent make up give Kristine a shot, does really great work, so glad I decided to go there. read more

The Office is beautifully decorated! The Front Desk Staff are always professional and friendly. Dr. Momi is quiet and keeps to herself, but is very nice. She is very knowledgeable and great with the Laser( laser hair removal) I'm very pleased with my results. Nobody pressures you into buying anything and you're treated with respect. read more

If you are interested in getting a lash lift I DO NOT suggest coming here. I spent $100 and received zero results. I have naturally long eyelashes, even the girl who did the lash lift said I was a good candidate for it and she said "I love doing lashes like yours"... When she first showed me the results I was caught off guard because I truly did not see a change then I thought maybe I should just go home and wait a little to see if they needed to set or something? I got it done yesterday and I literally look EXACTLY the same as when I came in. I am super disappointed that I wasted my money and my sisters wedding is tomorrow, I could of spent that money on lash extensions. I decided to call and let them know about my experience. I spoke to the manager Candice? which I think is the woman who did my lash lift too because she said she was the manager. All she could offer me was to wait 4 weeks and they will cover for me to have it done again. I said okay and she hung up on me, didn't take my name or write down any of my information.
