Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to help, the staff was rude and dismissive, and the situation escalated to the point where I ended up in an argument with the manager. Rather than taking responsibility, they doubled down on their attitude and showed zero empathy or accountability. This is not how patients should be treated, especially when it comes to their time and healthcare. I expected basic respect and clear communication, and sadly, this office failed on both fronts. She's also exceptionally personable and despite having a maxed out patient load of countless patients, she remembers everything we ever talk about. I've never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes (usually less) to be taken back to a room and be seen in the 19 years I've been going to her. As for the complaints in reviews below mine - you're there for a dermatology visit, why would they be checking your blood pressure? Rude receptionist? The staff person I spoke to didn't seem to care that I've been waiting for them to sent the correct prescription. If I thought it would make a difference, I'd call back to ask for the office manager or practice owner but I doubt it would do any good. Very disappointed.

I have had a chronic skin condition (psoriasis/eczema related) which has been very debilitating and difficult. After many years of needing help, I have finally found relief in her treatment protocol. It has been trial and error, which is how this can go. But Janet has patiently found a way to get me relief and remission (hopefully permanent). Janet also coordinating with another dr (sadly it's a rarity nowadays to get that coordination). I also find the front desk to be truly amazing- some of the scripts are very expensive. They hunted down a pharmacy for me, (Stines) which saved me $370 on a script. That is so beyond any service I've had at a prior doctors office. Such an efficient and caring practice. Strongly recommend.
