To begin a phone conversation with an owner or sales rep or phone receptionist and get silence in return is just so deflating. No "welcome back or "gee, thanks for your business". No, "Great, let me help you" or "let me get someone with you right away." After awkward silence, I asked if there was anyone available to assist me and I was informed I'd have to speak with Ron, the rep who wasn't in the store. I was provided Ron's number and called him, leaving yet another voicemail message (3rd one so far) yesterday morning. My patience with this location is finished. I would feel abused and foolish giving Pella my business at this time. Their product is good (not best by any stretch); their prices are high; and their service...well, judge for yourself from my experience. Instead of replacing both window, Diane at Premier Window & Door, recommended we replace the glass only, as the window frame was still in great shape. We literally saved over one thousand dollars by replacing the glass panes. To note as well, is that the glass replacements are double-paned, and of top-quality! Out of all of the estimates we received, they were by far the most reasonable and the fastest to deliver and install. The other part of this project that added to our overall satisfaction, was working with Omar who was punctual in arriving for appointments and also efficient and timely in providing an estimate which included options and detailed explanations. Then, last but not least, the final results were an impeccable and perfect installation of both of the window panes, and a super job of polishing up the adjacent window that they did not install to match the clarity and perfection of the windows they did install.
