I was going to purchase extra for installation since one of the windows was on our second story, but was advised and felt confident afterwards on installing myself. Really appreciate the pep talk! It was easier than I anticipated. Look no further! They are located in a parking lot with other businesses (business district). Needless to say it wasn't the best thing to wake up to in the morning. I called around to check out how much it would cost to have someone come to my mom's to fix it. The first couple of places I called gave me outrages quotes,ie. So finally I called TGS auto glass and I told them what happened. Jay asked me to text or e-mail him a picture of the damage and called me back within 20 minutes with a quote and estimated time of arrival. He was there on time and got right to work he explained everything that he was about to do and was done in little less than an hour. After he finished he wrote up the bill and explained each cost, I really felt that he was extremely honest, professional and friendly. Thanks again for all the help! Initially, I was satisfied with the work done. Four new windows were installed on 8/4/26. Rains…read morecame and on 9/9/26 there was a large leak in one of the new downstairs window frame (video below). The leak was large and wet/stained the wall and the carpet. I contacted the company that same night. I finally got a response 13 days later on 9/22/26--by that time I had fixed the leak myself. The damage was to the weather sealant between the siding and the brick wall right where the windows were installed. During installation, they understandably had to hamnmer around that whole area to adjust and fit the new windows which in turn loosened the weather sealant. Before their install service I had never had water leaks. I was not pleased with their lack of response to the issue.
