After many years of shopping here, this experience has convinced me that I won't be shopping here again. We're in the middle of a home remodel, and it all started when we purchased a dishwasher in-store at the beginning of the month. We scheduled delivery for July 2. A short time later, our fairly new refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working. In a panic, we had to order a replacement online. Before placing the order, we confirmed through chat that everything would be fine. Instead, our dishwasher order was bundled with the refrigerator order, and both were rescheduled for delivery on June 30, 2026. Two days later, we received a notification that another dishwasher was being delivered. It turned out the original in-store order had never been canceled, so we were charged for two dishwashers. We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. On top of that, we were dealing with a hectic holiday schedule and family events. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. This entire experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. All I was asking for was a little grace and understanding. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and poor handling of a situation that was already frustrating enough. Please do better. WN62907270 is the order number.
