Today we had a group of 11 of us that were scheduled to have our escape room experience at 10am. It was part of a school field trip. Baker street never opened, there was no one there, and we never got to go in. Their business hours even say they open at 10am. Our kids were really disappointed. We even tried calling and waited until 10:15 to see if anyone would show up and let us in. Not sure if I would recommend this escape room because we didn't get to experience it. We have come here twice now 2 separate times each time they have said they are closed even know we talked to a person at the other location and said we would have enough time to play. We live an hour away and have called within there recommended time for us to be there and have made it both times. I would not recommend this place because of the customer service. My family group was lucky enough to have Taylor as our puzzle master. We started with Return to Sleepy Hollow and had such a great time we immediately did another, a Study in Yellow. Both rooms were incredible, with fast-paced puzzles that kept us guessing. We beat both (using our hints judiciously) but both were very close to the time limit; a solid hour of wonderful entertainment! read more

This was a great escape room experience! When planning for my group of 10 to attend, I called ahead and asked for their opinion on the best room for a size 10 group. They suggested the two we were highly considering. We chose and booked Everest: "Because It's There!" a week in advance. You pay upfront, and it was $30 per person. We enjoyed Hall's Pizza kitchen right before, because they're in the same building, and checked in early. I would highly advise showing up early because all 10 of us had to sign a waiver on a small iPad mini on a stand, one person at a time. They also use your email and send you promotional emails (but mine go to spam). They do have a public bathroom as well; you just have to ask for the key. We were greeted by a kind man and he gave us quick instructions and locked us in the room. He provided a themed chest for us to drop off personal items before we started. He gave us a few tips and heads up before he left. We had a lot of fun working together and got stuck a few times, but that just led to great satisfaction when we figured it out. We did complete the experience in time and even had a few friendly jump scares. When we finished we were able to ask a few questions and talk with the host to laugh about our experience, and then he took a group photo to post on their Facebook page (I think). Personally, I think $30 per person is a little high, but my group disagreed and said that was typical. I also noticed that with the group of 10, there were moments where not everyone was involved, but we tried our best. Next time, we might split up into two groups just to make sure everyone has the maximum amount of fun. Overall, I say we'll definitely be back! read more

We chose Baker Street Escapes to do an escape room activity for a group of three. We chose "Return to Sleepy Hollow" and hands-down would recommend for any small group or even a couple's night out. The attention to detail and decorations for the theme are excellent, if not surpassing the definition of an Escape Room. Clue can be anywhere! The mechanics of the rooms and how things were pieced together made it such a fun experience. I highly recommend this location and to do all the rooms! Our game master, Jacob, gave us a jump-scare every now and then because he had to come in and physically assist on some mechanical issues. This is not that things are broken, but rather than people just aren't listening that well when it comes to being careful in the rooms! That's okay though. I would recommend a few game masters from this location and Jacob is one of them! I can't wait to return but at the new location. read more

AMAZING!! This is the 4th escape room I've done in Oklahoma and it easily blows away the rest of the rooms. Baker Street Escapes is located right next to Barrios and Halls Kitchen. When you step inside, you immediately feel as if you are transported to London. A kind Sherlock Holmes greets you and explains the 3 rooms they offer (The One with the Dragon, the Professors Game, and A Study in Yellow). We did The One with a Dragon, but will definitely come back to try the Professors Game. The story line is very entertaining and the clues are challenging, but great to solve. Baker Street Escapes does an excellent job at immersing you in the storyline with their technology. Unlike the other rooms I've been to so far in Oklahoma, they have multiple "rooms" within one room. This makes it a little more challenging, but great for bigger parties. Our group managed to solve the room with 10 minutes to spare! There was a nice surprise at the end as well that had the whole group raving about it the rest of the night. We will definitely be back soon! P.S. Planned a team development event for a group of eight and we went through the "Everest: Because it's There" storyline. Some rooms were a bit tight for as many people as we had, but everyone had a great time! Despite some initial doubts from the team about having "too many cooks in the kitchen", we were able to complete the story with 2 minutes to spare, and no hints. I would recommend smaller groups, but otherwise the staff were great and it was definitely worth it. read more

It was a bit of a challenge to find but once we got there we had a great time. We did the Sleepy Hollow themed room which was thoroughly spooky but not too scary for my teen and tween. Definitely a room for small groups as it would be challenging to maneuver more than about 3 people. Our game master Jimmy was really nice and had a good sense of humor. We needed a couple hints but ultimately found our way to the solution within the allotted hour. My one criticism would be that the rooms were too dark for reading. We had to use our phone flashlights. Thankfully we had plenty of battery but I could see that being a problem for some. It would be nice if they had some small flashlights for us to borrow (or even find) during the game. Otherwise we had a great time and I would recommend it to anyone. read more

The staff ignore you and seem to have to make their way into the room to give a hint eventually after many minutes. In fact, once my husband had to go outside the game to knock on office to ask for hint. And honestly, what are they busy doing? When there's at least 3 of them there in automobile alley for 1 escape room, and the hints they're trying to give us is stuff we already did if they were watching or listening to us. Just. PROS: Truly a phenomenal escape room experience. The game masters pay attention, they give reasonable clues, the decoration and attention to detail is exquisite. The story lines are awesome. The location is amazing. They're cheap if you purchase ahead of time. So why only 4 stars then?? CONS: Well, the electronics are faulty to the point of intrusive in the room "The one with the Dragon" and the price for bookings are not set. Therefore what costs 40$ through the week is about 210$ on the weekends. All In all: 9/10 experience. My fiancé and I have done all of their rooms and can not wait for them to add another! read more

I've called their business number listed on Yelp and on their website to arrange for a party of nine, twice. I've yet to hear back from them after four days. Did anyone else have difficulty trying to make an appointment? Are they still open? Thanks! (I had to give a star rating or this wouldn't post). UPDATE: I finally found time to drive to the business and was able to talk to a person that could answer my questions. Once I was satisfied, I was able to book a family group event. We all had a wonderful time, and the employees on site are very friendly and passionate about their service. Based on the experience itself, I would highly recommend Baker Street Escapes. Based on having to arrange and get assistance, somewhat difficult unless you are in the area to drive to the business. read more

Baker Street Escapes is a different experience. The owners are so creative. I took a group of students. We needed a Monday afternoon and the owners were so accommodating and kind they came and opened just for us. As a result, we are renting the entire establishment in the winter for a large group. If you are on the fence about Escape rooms and questioning if they are even that fun this is the must TRY. You will not be disappointed. The location is also perfect.
