Mark Madgin is the worst tattoo artist in Delaware County. Don't let him touch your skin. If you look at his insta and Facebook, you'll see all of his work is uneven,crooked, mangled, and in some cases just unrecognizable. I can't believe they allow him to take people's money for the tattoos he does. Absolutely NONE OF THEM, and I mean none, look anything like the stencils. I don't know how he got into this field. Baker Street is amazing. I came here based on a coworkers half and 3/4 sleeves that he has on his arms. The ridiculously talented Matt B. did both arms, and having spent the past few years trying to find a new artist (I have 25 tattoos), I realized this was my guy. My wife and I went in a few weeks before our actual appointment to talk about our ideas. We went back a few weeks later and Matt had laid out my arm (autumn leaves in a collage) and he free-handed my wife's back-piece of two women. The work was AMAZING. I still have around 15 hours left on my piece and I am chomping at the bit trying to get back there. The other artists that I saw, Seth and Pat, are both absolutely amazing as well. I'd even go as far as to say that when I'm done with my current work, I'll be visiting both of them to get some more variety. I went there to get my ears pierced. Joe was great, very nice and professional. I got in and out quickly, there was a good jewelry selection and I really liked the overall vibe of the place. He did my uncle's full back tattoo of the ocean and it's AMAZING. Matt is a character for sure. He tells it like it is. If he thinks that something is too cliche, he will tell you. That's what I love about him. He has done all my tattoos and each one has held up well. My first tattoo is still just as vibrant as it was when I got it 5+ years ago. On a whim, my friend and I decided to get pieced and tattoo'd. The guys at the shop Matthew, Bobby, and Doug were awesome. Very patient with our indecisiveness and delicate with my friend since it was her first time. Doug did a great job on my forward helix, and Bobby was just as great on my tattoo. The tattoo artist, Bobby, was extremely heavy handed. I have several tattoos, and I've never heard the needles stop moving because they were pressed too deep. The tattoo did not hurt, but it is healing strangely because of the way it was given. Bobby also smelled absolutely awful, and I was suffocating for the entire time. I was dreadfully overcharged - $120 for 2 one line penguins which were done poorly as you can barely tell which part is meant to be the flipper, and it only took 13 minutes from start to finish. My friend got 6 words on the ribs which was put in a font she did not ask for and a size she did not ask for and an orientation Ishe did not ask for. Also $120 plus tip. We also were told to leave the shop and walk around in the cold so that we could get cash since Bobby did not feel like using the card machine. The other men working at the shop were also awful. They were all rude, and spoke horribly about the girlfriend of one of them. They misspoke about mental illnesses, and encouraged each other to be more bigotted than the last. They made no effort to make me or my friend comfortable and made the experience of being in the shop that much worse. Would never recommend this place to anyone, go to Studio One instead. read more

I went in on a Thursday as a walk-in to get an inner lip tattoo. Knowing that lips regenerate skin more quickly than most other body parts, I went in knowing my tattoo would not last forever. The actual tattooing process was simple, pleasant and did not take a long time However, I did note that at certain points I could not feel the needle going into my skin, which I thought was strange. After it was done, it was nice, dark, and even. I got the tattoo at about 5-6 o'clock and by the time I got home at around 7:30 there was significant fading to the entire top part of the word. By the time I was brushing my teeth for bed, 50% of the tattoo was gone/illegible. The morning after, 95% of the tattoo had completely flaked off and disappeared. The rate at which my tattoo flaked off makes me believe that it wasn't the result of an improper healing, rather the needle not being pushed deep enough into the skin. I brought it to the attention of the artist, obviously upset that my tattoo didn't last 24 hours for reasons that I believe were not my fault. Her replies were short and rude, being sarcastic and mockingly stating that "I seemed to be the professional." She told me that she'd be happy to redo it but I was going to have to pay full price for a whole new tattoo. I was taken aback by the curt manner in which i was treated and the lack of responsibility taken in having your work literally fall of the skin in a matter of hours. Having done research before hand, as well as knowing people who have lip tattoos, I find a 24 hour shelf life on a tattoo, no matter the body part, to be appalling. I guess it took the second time around to remind me why I shouldn't have gone back there in the first place because my first tattoo I got there was like pulling teeth to get the tattoo I wanted, I actually left bc he was against it and I came back because I really wanted this tattoo and I convinced the artist to do the tattoo. I went back for a second time because the work that was done was done well. Although the second time I wasn't as persistent to get what I wanted done so I walked out unsuccessful in being tattooed. The first time I went I had to had to basically beg for what I wanted and this second time I figured since we already had been through the disagreements of what would work and wouldn't work, I could get the tattoo I wanted without having to convince the artist what I wanted. Well that didn't work out. So my advice to you when you go in pray that this artist actually wants to tattoo what you want bc it will be difficult to get what you want if he isn't interested. read more

Recently had a tattoo done at Baker Street Tattoo by Jason. His attention to detail is amazing and the tattoo is perfect. I had him do my son's footprints on my ribs and the tattoo and prints are identical. When you Google footprint tattoos a lot of them look like you would expect, with very little detail. Jason's work is spot on, with no difference between the tattoo and original prints. I could not be happier and highly recommend Jason for someone that is looking to get a detailed tattoo. read more
