I looked at banter's website and it says the aftercare spray and extended service agreement is optional. But the sales girl did NOT present it as an option whatsoever. I never would have paid 15 for spray and 14 for a warranty on piercings. I called the store today and she was incredibly rude and basically just said "it's unfortunate that you're upset but this is how we're trained to present it."
