No one is in the pick up section. He looks surprised goes to the computer pulls up my order in front of me and then start the process to mix it. That was the whole reason I planned my evening around, ordering the paint for pick up after work and here I am at 8 PM sitting in their parking lot waiting for some 19-year-old to finally prepare my order that I have already paid for Every time I come here, I ask why am I back? Plus they have the things I need to keep the chickens OUT of the pool, and off the patio. They have plastic mesh fencing (very simple to zip-tie it to a couple posts that have bottoms and then have an easy-to-move barrier that will keep chickens out) at a much better price than other stores. They ALSO have a good stock of PVC fittings that I use for the pool... in stock, which is amazing because it seems like Lowes and Menards might have 1 or 2 of a particular piece, and then I have to go elsewhere for the rest... unless I just start here and get them all. I have no idea why any reviews disparage the employees. I have been coming here since they opened, and all employees I have interacted with have been genial, knowledgable about the store layout, and courteous.

I asked this company very nicely just to give me a break on the shipping cost and explained they need to describe the color of their products accurately, they had a picture and it did not look brown. The company denied my request outright!!!! Just asked for a break not full refund of shipping!!! So I am out $31.00 because this company needs to describe their products better and need better customer service. Will never go to this company again

They frequently have coupons buy something anything and get an item free and the free things are nice and stuff you would actually want and or need. No limit on coupon use except only one free coupon per visit but may be used with say like a 20% off coupon combination. May use multiple times. They warranty their tools if you break one free no questions asked and they replacement. It's a great addition to our community.
