I did find some things on their menu that I didn't find at others and I liked how when they didn't have something in my order they tried to call to replace it and then when they didn't get ahold of me they at least replaced it with something close to what I got .. other places will replace it with anything. She patiently explained things and helped me understand allot about it. I never felt rushed or pressured. Talking to her felt somewhat like talking to an old friend. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. I also felt like I could trust her and her recommendations. I was extremely happy with my experience. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing. It is allot more affordable than some of the other places that sells it. It is something I'm going to be taking daily, since my chronic pain is constant, and so affordability is very very important to me. I appreciated having options as well. I liked that they had different strains, brands, and forms (capsule or powder). I was able to get what I needed and knowing they have difference options I can try if one doesn't work for me. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service, pricing and overall experience. I think the main reason I'll be a return customer is how helpful and genuine Tori is.
