Was just passing through London on a Friday before the Memorial Day weekend and my truck started…read moremaking a noise. I called Cooks after seeing them online. They were upfront in letting me know that they were short staffed and probably wouldn't be able to get to it that day and that they were closed on Saturday. The guy on the phone found a shop that was open on Saturday's without me asking for his help with that. 5 stars for being friendly and going beyond his duty to recommend a competitor that worked with my schedule.
