Took my RAM 3500 Diesel in for service and they apparently overfilled it with oil. No immediate…read moreproblems, but over time this caused over $5000.00 of damage to the DPF, EGR, and CCV parts of the emissions system. Took the truck to the dealer and they indicated that it was damaged from being overfilled. I reached out to Valvoline for a remedy, and after almost a week of little to no updates am informed that they will not cover that. They are the only place to touch the oil on this truck. They do not deny overfilling it, just that it did not appear right away so they won't cover it. No more "quick" oil changes for me.

I can't remember her name!) from Walmart made a bummer road trip layover an easy fix. They matched the tire on the car with a new one and had it changed and ready in under an hour while I checked out of the nearby hotel. I didn't know Walmart had these services and boy was I grateful for the early 7 am start, the courteous expert service they both gave and the reliability that comes from this big box store.

He offered to drive us to another tire place in Corbin as well as tow our jet ski from the back of our camper. He didn't want to accept payment but of course we still paid him for his time. He even called back a few hours later and offered to pick us up and drop us off at a hotel if we needed! He was amazing!! So respectful and very kind.
