He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and I am confident in his diagnosis (faulty sensor and broken heating element). Based on one negative review on Yelp, I was somewhat unsure of what to expect before he arrived but I am now convinced that he knows what he is doing. I would definitely use Dalton's services again.
