I had Jason bid a project to level my basement floor and install a new tile floor. They proceeded to grout the tile and then didn't come back the next day to wipe down the tiles to remove the excess grout so the tiles have a horrible film over them. Original estimate looked good and was told it…read morewould take their crew 2 days from start to finish - and if needed would work into a 3rd day. 1st day when the crew started to tear down the old deck some rotting trusses were found and one person whined about that (how would anyone know what the wood looked like under the old decking??), they knocked rotted wood and nails all over leaving me to clean it up, different crew showed up a few days later and didn't miter the corners leaving one side to stick out to scratch your leg up, 3rd crew showed up and complained about having to re-do everyone's work, missed several screws and had to call them out twice to put them in. The end bill was $1,000 over the initial estimate and took a grand total of 7 full days and 2 part days to re-do the deck. Would not recommend this company - should have gone with another bid.
