While the cashiers are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, Cindy's demeanor comes across as unfriendly and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I inquired about a particular wine. Cindy appeared reluctant to assist and seemed inconvenienced by my request. Although she eventually located the item, her attitude made me feel as though I was bothering her simply by asking for assistance. Customer service is a major factor in where I choose to shop, and a welcoming atmosphere encourages customers to return. Unfortunately, Cindy's attitude has had the opposite effect. The cashiers create a positive experience, but the manager's consistently cold and unapproachable demeanor leaves a negative impression. I would honestly rather drive 10 miles out of my way to shop elsewhere than deal with the unpleasant and unwelcoming attitude I have experienced during my visits.

I didn't give it 5 stars because even though they're really nice and friendly, the staff don't know a lot about beer, wine, and booze (if you want someone knowledgeable, go to the "sister" store I mentioned above; owned by the same family--at least, as of this writing). Also, a lot of bottles don't have prices on them, which can be inconvenient if you're shopping within a price range. However, I'm a fairly regular customer when we're in the area. Cheers!
