Let me start off by saying, my husband and I are from out of state, so planning a wedding from a distance is undeniably stressful. However, the staff at this venue proved to be exceptional. I found myself referring to them as my 'Bakers Family' in all my messages. Any question, concern, or request was promptly addressed, whether through FaceTime, email, or text. It's scary to entrust others with realizing the vision you have for your wedding day, but from the moment we chose this venue until we exchanged vows, everything was seamlessly executed. Jeremy, in particular, was extraordinary. He went above and beyond to ensure the days leading up to my wedding were stress-free. On the day itself, he not only calmed my nerves but also ensured that every detail was taken care of, from having food at our sweetheart table to making sure I never went without a drink. The venue itself is stunning, with picturesque grounds provided numerous photo opportunities for our guests. They even assisted us in finding the perfect officiant. The vendors they recommended were also amazing. Our Flowers by Scarlet were UNREAL!!!! They were stunning!!! Cakes By Ron absolutely delicious!! The cake was beautifully decorated and the taste was delicious. So much so my husband ate our "1 year anniversary cake" (the top you typically freeze) the night of the wedding. LOL. He could not resist it!! DJ Rafael was phenomenal, keeping our guests dancing all night long. He took the time to understand our music preferences, even checking our Apple Music and Spotify playlists before hand--an unprecedented level of dedication. I've never met any DJ who has done that. During the reception, he ensured everything met our expectations. As for the catering by Der Dutchman, the quality of the food spoke volumes. It was delicious both on the night of the wedding and the following day. The team thoughtfully packed meals for our guests to take home as they left. Although I regret not knowing the names of our bartenders and photo booth assistant, I must commend them for their positive and fun attitude. Our guests were very pleased with them. Bakers also was extremely accommodating to some of our requests, such as allowing us to incorporate authentic Latin cuisine into our celebration (which was not provided by Der Dutchman). Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. From day 1 before we even decided to go with Bakers Ranch they have been the most responsive and the most helpful and accommodating venue. With it being all-inclusive the hard work of hunting for vendors you like AND have your date available is not even something you have to worry about. They have done all the hard work for you! I found Bakers Ranch by chance, typing "outdoor ceremony Florida not beach". The ceremony options and wide variety of styles this venue can achieve is amazing then to add to the wonder it comes with an all inclusive package, I was sold. When we fell in love with Bakers Ranch we weren't even engaged yet. I wanted to finish Masters before planning a wedding. Lisa and Teala the wedding planners a part of the Bakers Ranch Team were so supportive! We booked our wedding date well in advance to say the least and when we got engaged in May of 2019 the Bakers Ranch Team was in full support to start making our dreams a reality. Everything was smooth sailing, checking off timeline items with ease.. then comes a global pandemic. Something no one had planned for... if you want a team that will support you through anything even down to minutes before the ceremony and long after the sparkler send off go with Bakers Ranch. We had added a lot of precautions due to us choosing to get married during a pandemic, what we didn't plan for was rain when the weather showed it would be a beautiful sunny/party cloudy day and moments before the ceremony it was looking like 100% showers. With no added stress to us the Bakers Ranch Team resorted to a plan B and helped us enforce the wearing of custom masks we had made for our guests and allowed us to have a safe, beautiful, and fun wedding. Bakers Ranch did an unbelievable job for our wedding in February. They were very communicative throughout the process, had really reasonable packages available, and created such a beautiful wedding that we are 3 weeks out and are still getting calls/texts about what a wonderful wedding and venue it was! Day of the wedding: Jeremy at Bakers Ranch was our coordinator and he did a FANTASTIC job. Absolutely flawless. Everything panned out so smoothly and the team was so organized that it enabled me and my husband to truly enjoy the day and absorb every moment. TLC DJ Joey went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did he pick up the vibes from the guests on the dance floor to pick the neck songs, but he also continually made sure we had enough food and drinks in our own system. The whole experience was just great! Of course wedding planning will be stressful regardless....I had not really thought about what color napkins I wanted in my wedding before this time, but Bakers Ranch really helps to organize an event that is to your standard (and beyond) and to follow your guidance of what YOU want. Their options for bakers and caterers were also fantastic. The reception food and desserts were insanely good and we were lucky to have a few leftovers to take home and enjoy for a few days. The grooms cave upstairs was such a hit with all the groomsmen and they played with the pool table up to the very last second before the ceremony. During reception it did rain so we weren't able to do our sparkler exit but the staff was able to let us use our cold sparklers and get one last photo with those. Bakers Ranch was a dream I didn't even realize I had until the day of my wedding! I told them to make everything "pretty" with navy blue colors and I would be happy.
