He met me in the parking lot near the Starbucks where I was going to meet with a friend. He was very accommodating. This car was very dirty and he was amazing to get this thing so clean. Sam had great communication and got to back to me very quickly. He scheduled me for the next day after I had reached out, and showed up on time. Agree with all the 5 star reviews- Sam is highly responsive, professional, and takes great pride in his work. I have an older relative who had a car with an awful interior, pet hair everywhere. My spouse refused to get in. Sam was honest about what he thought he would be able to do for the carpet and the leather console, and I also knew that just getting that car to decent would be hard. 2 hrs later and WOW. Sam apologized for not getting every microscopic hair out, but reality is it looked absolutely fantastic to people like you and me who have regular standards. My spouse was shocked at how good it looked! I then asked Sam to do my car (far easier) and he was just as kind and responsive. With the holidays coming up, I'll be back to spruce up my spouse's car next. Sam's pricing is fair and similar/beats the other quotes that I had received. Great guy! read more

My wife wanted her Audi A6 detailed inside and out so I went to work finding a detail person. I found Sam and he responded quickly and had a good vibe. We have been super busy this past year and traveling a lot so her car was neglected and needed some TLC. Sam really nailed it! It looked better than when we first bought it and even cleaned the inside of the rims. The paint looked shiny and flawless and the inside was perfection. This car has perforated seats and the perforations were packed with what can only be described as an incident with a dog and a box of cookies. The seats are a light gray and had some stains that I had given up in getting out, but they got them out and the seats look even better than I expected.
