Stay away from this place, if your time is valuable. This place was recommended by my friend, so I was trying to have patience. Not anymore. This place has serious communication issues, and customer care. I booked my appointment 2 weeks in advance. 1. Took the appointment slot at 9:30am which was marked open. 2. Changed to 10:30am. 3. On appointment day, at 9:33am, my 10:30am appt moved to 3:30pm. 4. At 12:23pm, my 3:30pm appt, which was already rescheduled twice, now got cancelled. During these rescheduling and cancellations, no one contacted me in advance nor explained why. I contacted them asking why this happened? No answers. This is the reason why I decided to post here. These type of rescheduling and cancellation happened every single time for the last 2-3 events. One time, he was not arriving 30mins passed his appointment time, and when we contacted him, he says he has a right to arrive 30mins late, and it is written on his website. I don't see any comment of those at all. If he is going to reschedule/ cancel whenever he wants, even in the last moment, on the appointment day 1 hr before appointment time, I don't see why he keeps Square appointment calendar. And again, NO ONE CONTACTS YOU IN ADVANCE, NOR EXPLAIN WHY. I have my own schedule of the day too, and this totally ruined my day. If the company doesn't care about customer's time or their schedule, what's the point of having appointments???? read more

First of all I use to really enjoy having my vehicle washed by this guy but the last 6 months he's been extremely unreliable. He's always late and I understand that there's an hour window from the time you book him but he doesn't even honor that window and he's full late. But what really pisses me off is you can never get ahold of the guy and when you do his voicemail is always full. He also rarely ever texts back either. I made an appointment for today at from 5:10pm to 6:25pm and he never showed up. This is the second time this has happened where not only did he not show up but he didn't even bother to call. That to me is unacceptable. I will never use this company again!!! read more

I ended up deciding to go with Ken he messaged me back fast and even though he didn't have as many reviews as others his reviews were solid and great! He showed me his license so I could take a picture and then quickly got to work. When he was done I was able to pay using my card. When I walked inside to see his work I was sooo happy!!!
