Yes, it's bad design to have a window above the stove but I didn't design it and I do the best I can with it. One time I had another window washer tell me he could clean it. If they couldn't do it, they should have told me up front. Instead of simply doing what I wanted, they insisted on cleaning ALL of the windows in the house to "maintain their reputation." I agreed to it but that had them going into some private areas of the house when I had only been expecting workers in public areas. Don't get me wrong, they worked really hard all day long. They cleaned the screens and they sprayed down the garage door. They were here from 7am to 4pm. That was its own nightmare, of course, for my other family members were stressed out about having strangers in the house for so long. When I pointed out that I was disappointed that the window still looked bad, they tried to tell me how I could clean it myself. Ummm, that's why I hired supposed "professionals." He said, "Well I don't have a degreaser!" He couldn't ask me if I had one or pop over to Home Depot? They shouldn't have taken the job if it was beyond their abilities. They did a bunch of stuff I didn't want and weren't able to take care of the main reason I brought them out there in the first place.

As a result, there was incredible filth and dropping on the panels, the roof and over 360 degrees of my home's exterior walls, windows and garage doors. I contracted Brandon and Emilio who appeared one Saturday with two additional assistants. With their brand new equipment they removed thick filth from every square foot of my exterior. My solar panels shine like new and I know my panels are now much more efficient in absorving solar power. The reasonable cost will pay off quickly. The team not only washed and cleaned the exterior walls but pressured wash the cement driveway, side of house and patio. I even saw them pressure wash my patio cover. As a bonus, they removed all screens and washed all my windows from the outside. To prevent birds from nesting, they secured black chicken wire around ALL my 29 panels. By the way, they removed 6 bird nests in all. I have already scheduled a 3 month maintenance. This is how good a job I feel A1 Pressure Washing performed. So happy I contracted them.
