Sure enough 20 minutes later Josh Cooper & Bryce McChinak showed up with their masks on ready to work. I have a half Savannah Cat. She is a 'sniffer'. She wanted to sniff these guys and they were SO kind. They let her sniff their legs, their hands, YEP, they even bent down and let her 'sniff their faces and hair!!!! They asked her name, "Gracie", and were attentive to her. I told them she is strictly an indoor kitty. They had to go out at times to get things from their truck and would say, "don't let Gracie out, talking to Gracie while they worked. These guys are very efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. Of course Gracie was right there while they were working, they included her!! When you schedule work to be done at your home, you usually wait & wait for the workers, can't wait for them to get the job done and glad to see them go! This was SO different! These guys are GREAT! The job was done in less than an hour. They are polite and personable.
