From Chicago, looked for the nearest dispensary on our way to our Airbnb. When you first walk in, it looks like a trap house. Dirty and dude taking IDs was not friendly. You can hear the video games blasting in the background. Walked in, the girl was super nice and explained some of the flower. A bad experience was when we had to run and get cash and the door was stuck so we kindly asked how to get out and the ID guy screamed "open the door!" We explained that we were trying and he then screamed to "unlock it then!". Clearly he was disturbed that we, as customers, were kindly asking a simple question while he was playing his video games. The rude, shit attitude definitely put on a bad look for Cali hospitality for us as it wasn't pleasant. Let's just say we ran out and didn't come back. This place seems not to value customers. They are always out of stock. Every time I go in there all they have is 18$ grams. One of the lady's in there working today with the glasses always tries to under weigh whatever I want. I always have to tell her that's not enough. If I don't pay attention with her she doesn't put enough. The line to get in is always long even when there is no one in the back. When you finally do get sent to the back the line is always messed up people just start ordering when it's not their turn. Long story short unorganized and unprofessional.
