I've been trying to get medication refill scripts sent over to CVS, CVS has messaged me manny times because they are not getting communication from the medical office. It is awful to see a great family practice go from caring for patients to a profit focus office. They need to go back to basics of medical care.

I left the office with a few cotton balls that needed to be changed for a day or so and some expected congestion however, post-procedural pain was minimal and responded nicely with Tylenol. One week post-op and my nasal breathing is better already and improving each day. I am continuing with the nasal saline rinsing protocol and I'm very excited about the expected final results in the upcoming weeks. I have Hereditary Angioedema (HAE) Type 2 and extensive allergies to food. He prescribed Cinryze infusions every four days and I feel good as new. And my daughters was not as high since we hand selected a few. There is no way I would have picked all those if someone told me each would cost me. I explained that I am itching constantly so she ordered some immune panels because she thought it could be some level of autoimmune disease. The tests came back quite a while ago and yet no phone call. Two of the tests appear abnormal so I called to get results and they said I had to come in for that. I can't. I have a brand new job and can't be absent for the first four months. The receptionist said they don't do telehealth. I couldn't believe it. She wants a separate appointment to go over the lab work. Is it urgent or not? I mean I got about 8 tubes of blood taken out of me. Just tell me the results! Has she even looked at my results? Did she care to let me know what they mean? What are next steps? Never in my life has a doctor refused to call with results. I am still itching like crazy every time my cat gets near me and randomly if I touch a certain plant or my dogs food dishes. My hands will itch like crazy and I have to put lotion on them and take an Allegra. So what's the deal with the immune panel? I now have to call my regular doctor to have them refer me elsewhere. I have not had a bad experience with the front desk but it's obvious they are slammed so you just have to push and follow through on your own which isn't a big deal to me. I requested a skin allergy test and they test you with a 105 different needles which does not hurt. I am scheduled to go back for another allergy test and I know I will be comforted knowing that the doctor actually cares.
