I'm going to try to convey how much Dr. Thornton has helped me through the years and get you to understand how much a chiropractor like him can change your life. One memorable incident was when I was doing box jumps and missed the box. I had a gnarly gash on my shin, but noticed some pretty severe knee and ankle pain that stopped me from being able to work out the lower body at all. In steps Dr. Thornton. He does an x-ray and finds that my tibia and fibula are further apart than they should be. He was able to fix the pain with an adjustment in the first visit, then I came back for several more visits to continue care and make sure it stayed in place. It's been completely normal since. Another moment that's life changing was after having an intense dental procedure that included a bone graft, where after healing I was still having immense pain when eating, and only when eating. Dr. Thornton said he could help and he adjusted my jaw (YES he can adjust the jaw too) and after one single adjustment I have been able to eat without pain. This doesn't include the numerous times he's helped with sciatica during pregnancy, hip and shoulder pains from heavy workouts, neck pains from sleeping wrong or random getting older type aches. You know the kind where you're not even sure how you hurt yourself? It never fails that when I'm in pain, he's able to pull me out of it, often in one adjustment and sometimes several. As someone who absolutely hates taking pain medicine, either strong RX meds or over the counter, I want to get pain taken care of so I can live my life without having to take something just to get through the pain of the day. If that's you too, your guy is Dr. Thornton. He listens, he's understanding, and he's patient. Don't walk, RUN if you're in pain, because you don't have to live this way!
