She is amazing and truly helped me during a very difficult and painful time in my life. I was in a car wreck that really caused a great deal of pain and issues for me. Unfortunately I am having pain in the same areas years later and I called the office today on 8/27/2021 to request my previous X-rays so my new chiropractor can review them just for a better history/baseline. I am the type of patient that thinks the more data the better, also my current chiropractor is requesting these images. I spoke to Gaby regarding this and she was unfortunately extremely unfriendly and unhelpful regarding this, she actually hung up on me today and I am in shock at how rude she handled the situation. She told me my images were (most likely) lost in the Houston freeze/storm from earlier this year. She said she would try looking for them but she's sure they are gone but the tone she used was very rude. I understand it may be annoying that I am calling asking for my images, but this treatment is unacceptable. I don't think Gaby will be calling me back or will even try looking for my X-rays at all to be honest just based on her demeanor with me over the phone. The energy from her was very unprofessional today and rude unfortunately. I have nothing but amazing things to say regarding Dr. Deloache and Dr. Thorton plus the remainder of the staff aside from the office manager. The doctors are both wonderful, communicative, compassionate doctors and both so helpful. I miss them both and if I lived in Houston I would still see them. Gaby, this review is for you.
