Now, I am extremely disappointed, but mostly heart-broken. In a short span of time, I bought multiple packages (with gratuity already included for a stress-free, all inclusive experience) so that I could take care of people that I love, but the big motivation for me was to support the owner, who I considered a blessing when I was just starting out on my healing journey. I booked a session each for multiple family members and friends, hoping to make meaningful connections between people I cared about (the owner being the focal point) and to build a network of regular clients for the owner, who would then suggest her business to others in their circles. Unfortunately, I will never patronize this business again nor will I continue to recommend the services and bring my friends & family here; I am now warning them to steer clear because of how unpleasant my experience has been. If you are looking for a massage therapist, this business is definitely worth a try! As a reviewer, I feel like the least I can do is provide an honest update of some things to keep in mind. 1.) New, Unlisted Policy: If you are a No Call/No Show, and you've purchased a package, you will lose TWO sessions as a penalty. If, like in my case, you miss the last session on a package, you will lose that session and you will be charged for another session. At least that was my experience when we committed our first and only offense. 2.) The Reasoning: I was told packages would possibly be removed all together because of the rising occurrences of NC/NS. This is because sessions booked with pre-paid packages are seen as working for free on those days. There are more points I'd like to share, but the two above feel like the most important. To possible future clients or current ones, I hope your experience will be nothing like mine or my friend's, I hope that you only have all the good things others have described and what I had written about originally.
