Beware! I had an extremely creepy and upsetting experience with Brian Koontz. During my second…read moremassage with him, he suggested he position my arm so I didn't "flash boob." He then regaled me with two stories of times when women had accidentally done just that. This is not professional language whatsoever. He also talked about a young woman who had modeled for a sculpture course he took. He talked about how she wore a "skimpy bikini" and how this was more "titillating" than if she were naked. He also told me that "no one looks better naked." He laughed when telling me a male client told him he was envious that Brian got to work with naked women all day. Brian then said that he had "never been sexually attracted to a client." This is highly inappropriate language in a professional environment. He also commented on my body, asking me if I was the same age as his son, around 35. When I said I was 50, he said I had the body of the 30 year old. This guy is a total creep and should be avoided at all costs. I have filed a complaint with the state regarding his disgusting behavior.

Yeah, I really don't believe in the whole "you need to come in every few days for the rest of your life, and subluxations will kill you" I believe that if I have a crick in my neck or if something is hurting I need to see someone, if it isn't fixed then maybe there is something wrong with the "fixin" process. Well, Dr. Morgan, isn't like anyone I've ever been to, FIRST, she came out and said that after three visits for the same thing if she hasn't fixed me, she'll refer me out. Amazing, and the way it should be. Honest and too the point the entire appointment. Second, I work crazy hours and she is willing to work around them and find a time that works for me and her to make sure I can be seen when I do need it. Also, she adjusts way differently from how I have ever been adjusted, it's not a 10 minute jump on you crack crack crack adjustment, she'll crack you but it's by you using your muscle manipulation and getting the nerves involved, it's intense, and you'll feel it. She takes my insurance and she's easy to talk to. Not your typical chiro office or practice, but I feel at home here, even with the Cross-Fit gym shouting next door. Yes, there is a Cross-Fit gym right next to the office and it's not exactly LOUD, but if you're expecting an office with an old man with Enya playing in the background, this isn't it. If you're expecting a Dr. that truly knows what she is doing, is honest, fair, and works with you. This is the place.
