The lady who did my massage seemed to have just finished and was irritated to be doing another one. She didn't pull the rag down far enough over my eyes so when I noticed only one arm alternating between aggressive leg rubs and basically stopping I opened my eyes to see her texting. She texted the entire time she worked on my legs and feet. When I turned over, she shoved her elbows into my spine and caused more pain than what I started with. I always give tips before my massage here and I had the same masseuse once before but didn't have the issue I did today. So I tipped her $5 after I paid for my massage and she wasn't satisfied with that so I gave her another $5 and she still wasn't satisfied. I told her that I just want my massage that I just paid for and that I would give her another $5 after my massage. She agreed and I got my massage. After my massage she practically begged for me to give her the money I said I would give her. So I gave her a total of $15. It's absolutely fucking shitty and not ok to complain to a customer about how much tip they gave you. Be grateful I gave you a tip in the first place.
