I signed up for this gym last August or September…read more Signing up was pretty easy, they required me to do a 7 day trial first before committing which was kinda odd but I guess it's to make sure you like the gym before dropping some decent money on it. Getting my free trial took maybe 10 minutes, really easy. Julie was very nice and professional and gave me the information I needed. I did my week trial and signed up for a membership the day after my trial. They were busy but I was able to sign up with only a brief wait. I enjoyed the gym, it has pretty much everything you need even a power rack. It does seem kinda small during busy hours but there is enough equipment to do something at least while waiting for a free spot on a specific machine. The backroom is almost always empty or only 1 person there, which is great because that has a power rack, smith machine, and various other free weight equipment there. They just added a new squat machine which is really nice for those of us new to weighted squats or iffy knees. David was also great. My only con is that parking kinda sucks if it's busy, have to be queite in the backroom during classes ( no dropping weights and whatnot ) and the cool video game bikes are limited and right in the front of the gym but whatever.

The clincher is making me pay in advance for multiple sessions. Her free consult is not in line with what she actually offers. Avoid!

Ruth Ann indicated she made payment and did not understand why I had not received it yet. RUTH ANN requested that I pay to stop the payment I told her no and that she could stop her own payment and resend my my money to make me whole. Months, months have gone by. I have not received anything. Please, seriously think about ItI would not like to see this happen to another person. 10/16/19 - still have not received anything and still reside in same place I have been since this has started. Angry, yes. She collects money in lieu of checks. 5/10/20 ~ Still have not been repaid by her. 7/6/29 ~ She still has not made good on her words to make me whole.
