Since I had never used the reformers I opted for 3 session intro course of one hour each for 195.00. I was only able to complete a portion of the first session Due to dizziness and nausea during the experience. No one ever offered to take my blood pressure or Have me sit down with a glass of water. They were happy to charge me 82.00 for a partial session. I'm very disappointed since I wanted to add Pilates to My fitness regimen but this studio was certainly not A good place to start.

Coach Linda is a great swimming instructor. She did a fantastic job with my daughter. she was only…read moreone year old when she started lessons and coach Linda was very kind, patient and fun at the same time. The dedication, patience and positive energy put into each lesson made me incredibly comfortable. It is a great relief to not have a stress about her every time she goes near the water. as a baby my daughter first learned how to flip to her back and float. Now she swims using all four strokes, can dive and a great swimmer. I really would recommend coach Linda for your little ones. Yuliya
