The teachers are all really kind and welcoming and the classes are calming and spiritual. It's a great space for all different types of yoga. Christie and her management team ensure the members are really cared about and I highly recommend joining this gym. There are sweet and thoughtful details that make it feel cozy, unique and memorable. Class was intelligently sequenced with just the right pace and challenge with modifications offered for total beginners. It was the perfect start for our morning! It's definitely a place we'll go back to next time we're in town again. Vero Beach is very lucky to have a studio and wellness center like this that offers a good variety of mindful practices aside from yoga.
