There's a lot of class options at convenient times. The teachers are great (Nam, Lauren, and Chandler were some of my go-to classes but really everyone is great). I also like that they have plenty of non-heated options and I had no idea how rare that was! Try them out, I believe the new student deal for 2 weeks is only 30 bucks.

I've taken a few of the classes in the main studio (which are "regular" yoga and slow flows). I've also taken a few of the hot flows, which are at their studio that's next door/across the street. The studio is not that hot compared to other hot classes I've been to, but for those that like a warm flow it's perfect. I've really enjoyed these classes. And then in my opinion the star of the show is their outdoor space, I've only been able to take 1 flow there in an evening, I really wish there were more classes offered there.

A buddy of mine in Boston suggested I check out Fo Guang Shan temples and so today, I made my way here and so glad I did. All the staff here, including the nuns were wonderful. I gave my blessings to Buddhist deities but also honoring my ancestors too. The temple is on the second floor and not suggested to take photos, out of respect. I then bought some wonderful items to support the temple including Buddhist bracelets, a stuffed Lunar New Year horse, and some Buddhist ornaments (maybe thats what they are called). Met a wonderful sister who volunteered with the temple and other temple goers today. Also had a lovely vegetarian lunch with new friends and Buddhist practitioners. I feel very blessed on this 1st day of the Lunar New Year 2026 to spend it here. Thank you for making my heart full and happy.

I'm so grateful to have a teacher that has so much knowledge but who also makes her students feel comfortable. She is natural in how she interacts with us and provides us with the answers needed. I always come back from an immersion feeling like I have what I needed, never wishing I had asked another question.
