Working with Dylan I was able to strengthen my core to eliminate the back pain and lose extra weight. I initially thought it was indulgent to pay for a personal trainer but realized I really needed a schedule and supervision to achieve these goals (after all, a chiropractor is more expensive!). Dylan is really pleasant to be around- kind and interesting as well as super knowledgable about the body. He is flexible- we've worked out both on campus at the SDSU gym as well as outdoors in park space for COVID safety in recent months.
