Exactly what we were looking for so we went ahead and ordered it on my birthday in august 2021, we were very excited! However, I'm pretty sure the salesman was just not paying attention because there must have been some sort of confusion when we said we wanted the crew cab because it was "exactly" what we were wanting. We patiently waited, waiting for the machine to come in with absolute understanding that everything took time to get in with the global pandemic going on, no sweat because we are very patient. Well come down to this week here in December 1st 2021 we got word our machine was in!! Way to go! We get everything ready over the phone so we could go pick up the machine, well... they ordered the wrong machine and currently Polaris has holds on future orders till who knows when. This wouldn't be an issue, and my review would be much more positive if we had been listened to, and the correct machine was ordered.
