My visit was tailored to my needs and wants; there was no pressure. Nobody was pushy, and everybody went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Our sales associate was Ryan Campbell and I will stick with him throughout the years for me and my family and our Subaru needs .The manager came and introduced himself along with the associate that assist you with learning the technology components of your car. I will admit I was at the dealership for quite a bit of time however, there were many laughs and frequent checks if I needed snacks or drinks. The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all things Subaru. I love my new Forester !

However unless you are very mechanically inclined you absolutely have to get a full check as the dealer did not know this type of stuff and seems to just flip rust free cars in an area where normally we have rusty vehicles. In my case there was a vacuum leak for the 4x4 system, they cleared electrical codes days before hand (unsure if problems were actually fixed or not). And later found out that the coolant system was filled with mostly water which would've been catastrophic had it not been caught before the extreme cold weather showed up. I even went out of my way to call and leave a message telling him about the coolant issue and told him to check his other vehicles but didn't receive a thank you for the heads up, call or text. Overall a nice vehicle but could've ended up costing a ton of money had that not been caught. Would I ever buy from there again, absolutely not. Should you? Sure, but make sure to bring it to a mechanic for a full check especially motor/mechanical, coolant, engine, electrical, etc etc.

These involved a deer, a felony hit & run(they still looking for him), and most recently, a massive storm blew over a tree, part of which landed on my truck. Each time I was impressed with their warm friendly atmosphere, their communication with me in regards to the progress, their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work. They have finished my vehicles on time or even a bit early as compared to their initial time estimate. As an added bonus, they are the only preferred vendor for my insurance company in the county and as such, there was no need to wait for an adjuster nor did I need to get multiple estimates. I received a rental car with the tire pressure and check engine lights on, along with incorrect paperwork. This should have been my first red flag. When I called to report the mistakes, the receptionist dismissed it. After picking up my car, I called to say the backup camera wasn't working. The receptionist told me to stop by for a scan. When I did, I was told Bradley wasn't there and to come back after the weekend. On Monday, they walked out, checked the camera, and said it needed an "update" but everything was working, and I needed to take it to the dealership. They claimed they would go after my insurance if the they were found at fault. That's unacceptable; if they are at fault, they should own up to it. The dealership found that my camera and harness were corroded and needed replacing. I spoke with Gerald, who claimed corrosion was impossible in a sealed box - a clear sign he didn't know what he was talking about. The owner, Brad, eventually called. He admitted Gerald was wrong, and the camera didn't need an update, but now refuses to fix the backup camera, calling it a "known-issue," even though it worked perfectly before I brought my vehicle in. This company has lied multiple times throughout this entire process, from start to finish. They cannot be trusted with your vehicle

The intake manifold on my car failed 2 times (technically 3 but when my car hit 98000 miles Thorobred Chevrolet in AZ stopped returning my calls, and when I would show up since my calls weren't being returned I would see my two assigned "service" providers yell out to them but yet 4 hours later each time no one showed...until I called and said my mileage was over 100k...got called back right away). Fast forward to present day. The same exact same thing is happening to my sister's car (2014 cruze). They replaced the intake manifold last week and her car kept overheating (she has pictures). She has it towed back there the day she gets it back and they say literally word for word what thorbred told me out here. Summed up: intake manifolds that fail cannot cause an engine to overheat...which is really odd because real mechanics will flat out tell that yes, they definitely can do. Sparing the actual proof for a rating review, when a car is under warranty, GM should stop trying to pass the problem back...especially when the car has less than 50k miles on it. They 100k more to go on their warranty (which is a total joke).

After a pretty extensive search just to find a tow truck that was willing to take me 120+ miles to the nearest HD dealership! I Called and spoke to Carrol Seger and she checked to make sure they had the fob then proceeded to tell me the shop wasn't open on Sunday but would call a technician to see if they could come in on Sunday to get me back on the road! Unfortunately I forgot the technicians name but between him and Carrol they got the job done Thankfully they did because we made it to our next destination on Sunday thanks to Bald Eagle Harley Davidson!

I called 3 local shops, all recommended Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson. The Service Manager, Tim, drove 90 minutes to come get the bike and me, knowing it would be after hours when we arrived back at Bald Eagle. He drove me to my hotel and assured me they would get it running well and I'd be able to rejoin the group. One of the women hung back with me and he also made sure that she was behind us. At 10:30am my bike was fixed. Adjusted clutch cable and spark plugs. They charged the battery too. EVERY single person working there was AWESOME. They picked me up from the hotel, even helped me put my rain gear on! HA! When I saw the bill, I was shocked. NO CHARGE for a 90 minute tow!!!! They all said, we know what it's like to be stranded. So I bought a pair of really nice gloves!! Thank you, Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson.

If I had known that it was going to look so good when we picked it up I might have had a used car sales ad ready to post to reflect the increased value. There are several reasons for an excellent rating. The detail of the work was highly professional, and my wife expressed it best when she looked over the exterior and then as we drove home when she looked closely at the interior. Her statement said at all: "It's obvious that the people at Lafayette Collision take pride in their work." Our experience from start to finish was exceptional, and there was no complaint to be made at any time. In this instance the owner, Nick, always was involved from our first meeting to get the estimate up until we got the keys back and departed. I make it a point to try to get three estimates for any major job that I have to have done. When I got the third estimate, I saw that the others were higher and, in conjunction with talking to the employees, I got the distinct impression that things were being padded. So naturally for the sake of my insurance company and my future rates, I went with LC as the one that gave me the best price and confidence that the job would be done correctly. Another plus is that during the week that Lafayette Collision had the car, we received emails about the status of the work and the expected date of return as was originally promised. The customer service also included a personal response by phone from Nick to an inquiry that I had left on voice mail. I would say that such service is a rarity in this day and age. So for those of you who like a company that knows what it is, I think this information would help you to decide if you're ever having to get car damage repaired. BTW, Nick threw a little freebie in for us with regard to a window chip that we did not expect but greatly appreciated. It's that type of consideration that gets people to return in the future when the service is needed as well as make legitimate referrals.
