We explored other dealerships as well but for our needs well settled on a new Outback. Our experience was outstanding. They took the time we needed to make our final decision. We did not feel pressured, regretful or any of the other negatives we had experienced with other dealers. Riley really knew the vehicles and but in others for added input to our question. She also provided an excellent tutorial on the vehicle before we left. I have to add that their closer (Finance Manager), Roger, was great to work with too. He was not high pressure, he was very knowledgeable, and quite pleasant through that whole part of the process. I add this point because at other dealerships his equivalents would start all bubbly with a typical swindle presentation on high priced options but then go stone cold if you didn't the take the bait. Just purchased a 2018 Subaru Forrester. Everyone I met was friendly and pleasant to talk with. Bill my sales associate is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and really agreat guy. I never felt pushed into anything and he even went to the gas station to show me how to fill the tank on cars I was test driving. I drove the forrester on highway and back dirt roads and climbed Mt. Marquette. This suv handled everything well. Bill showed me things on the vehicle along the ride and I am glad he did. There are so many buttons I will need a training lesson. I even took my therapy dog on the test rides. He told me pros cons and a variety of things I didn't know about the vehicles I was looking at. Yep Bill is the man to see at Fox Subaru Marquette. I was replacing the blown engine in a 2001 Subaru Forrester with a 5-speed Manual transmission, with the engine from a donor car, also a 2001 Subaru Forrester, but having an automatic transmission. Researching online, the pros and cons of a successful switch, I encountered a variety of different answers, that left some doubts regarding the outcome I was looking for. When I contacted Fox Marquette, I was connected to J.J. in the Service Department. After a quick explanation about the task at hand, J.J. said that he would contact Subaru Technical Assistance and get an informed answer; he returned my call in about 15 minutes with to answer I needed to proceed with my project. Brought my car in for the complementary first oil change and check up. They were on time. Gave me the option to wait or not. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Big screen TV. Home made cookies, tea, coffee, cold bottled water, popcorn. Lots of magazines. Computer set up as well as Wi Fi. Smiling faces. I even go to see my salesman styling with his new doo and one of those cool colorful shirts that make him stand out as an exceptional interesting person. What a team! Fox is so lucky to have them. I called about car issues. They were very helpful and polite. Zac helped me right away and offered a few suggestions and as soon as I could get my car there they would help me out. After a few days of trying to find a tow truck vs jump starting my car I was able to get in. Had immediate service and even though they were very busy with a high volume of car repairs needed they took my car in and fix my issues. I will return next week for more follow up. The cost was expensive but I needed a new battery. Still highly recommend. Have been a customer for several years. Everyone always helpful. Thank you for helping me. I appreciate it. read more
