Finding a company in the service sector that provides solid quality work is a very difficult thing to do, not to mention one that also offers an affordable rate. My parents had contacted a few places and were not receiving any good responses from either of the places they called, it was either too expensive or the workers did not want to take on such a job. Eventually we were planning on giving up and just settling to perform this job next year, in order to have more time finding a good group of workers instead of choosing a random one. Luckily right as we had given up hope we got a call back from these guys who were offering a lower price than all the other places we had called. After a lot of careful consideration of many different contractors, my father and I had finally decided to go with who we thought was a great company. We had a large leak and ended up just re-piping the whole house through Titan, which went well when they finally called the plumbers about a week after we discussed the job to be done. After re-piping was finished they began the very very long remodel of our master bath. This has been going on since May 12th, and still is not completed. The workers that came in an out of our house left a constant mess inside and outside, nails in the driveway and on interior walkways. And we are currently in the process of having to rip out the shower tiles and have it COMPLETELY redone. The one worker that is working your project may only be there for one or two hours and may not even show up the next day. Also, there is very shotty work other than the shower. 3 weeks ago we were told we would have a shower door, 4 weeks ago we were told the ENTIRE project would be done. So, 5 weeks after the projected finish date, MANY unanswered phone calls later, and only 2 visits from the project manager, we are fighting tooth and nail just to have our master bath finished and will NOT be using them to finish the main bathroom! read more

Every time we began planning to perform this remodeling job we would get sidetracked and never get across to it.
