He did an excellent job summarizing what paint work needed to be done, and helped coordinate removing our popcorn ceilings. He was incredibly professional, but most of all we appreciated his keen eye. He fully prepped the house before painting. Tiny and bigger cracks on my stucco were repaired and trim was treated for sun damage. Past painters forgot to paint the top of my pergola and Arteen treated the sun damaged wood and painted it. He took care of every detail, and his work is excellent. He is also kind and personable. A little late getting to this review - work was performed on Feb 3, 2025 - but wanted to confirm what others have said: Arteen did a wonderful job painting a portion of our second bedroom ceiling where the paint was literally peeling from the plaster. On top of that, he also does drywall and did a fantastic job filling a 2'x2' hole in our closet where we had a plumbing leak. He painted that entire strip of wall and now everything looks brand new - you don't even notice the difference. In addition, he also repaired a couple of smaller pockets of ceiling that had begun to peel. Our ceiling has a certain texture to it but he was able to replicate it and make it look pretty darned seamless. The longest part was waiting for the paint in the closet to dry but while it did he offered to stay productive by sanding and re-painting 4 exterior window sills that had been damaged by the southern sun hitting it every morning. He also offered to add rain gutters that were missing along our roof but that I decided to hold off on to keep the budget under control. Clearly, Arteen can handle several types of home repair projects which I certainly appreciated because it makes him a "one-stop-shop". He was honest with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He tried to work within my budget, which I appreciated as it allows me to bring him back in the future. As he works, you can tell that he takes pride in his work and that means a lot because you know you're getting your money's worth. I've been meaning to leave this review for almost a year now. Arteen painted our guest room trim, doors, and windows last November and did an excellent job. We hung some wallpaper with white trim, but once the wallpaper was up, we realized the white was not working. Arteen carefully painted the trim around the wallpaper, which was no easy task. He is a skilled craftsman and artist. He also communicated everything he was doing throughout the process, which was great. Arteen is excellent at his work. We hired him to paint some doors a few years ago and brought him in to paint most of our new house. He worked around our schedule to set up a quote and spent 45 minutes walking through the rooms with me and explaining what should be done before and during the painting and exactly why it was going to cost more to complete the job than the original estimate. He showed up early each day and worked quickly to get the work done. If you didnt know one of the rooms was painted a dark color, you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever that color.
