I was in town and stopped for a wash mid morning. Homeboy upselled me as soon as I got out of the car to pick a wash package. My intent was to get the cheapest, just wash it & go. I got the $26.99 upsell with tire dressing. Ok, cool. I went inside to pay and the little "store" was pretty dated, dusty, food was expired. I took my time since I'm waiting for my car and nosey. The owner came out and seemed friendly, as much as I can tell with a few seconds of words exchanged. When I went outside to see where my car was, I noticed King Taco is directly across the street. Great opportunity to grab a few tacos for later while I wait. I came back and two guys were working on my car. Not the typical car wash guys I'm used to. Take that how you want. My car was done, I inspected both inside and out. Didn't look like a $26.99 wash but I don't know what I was expecting. It's not like they shampooed my carpets or anything, it was a basic wash with tire dressing and several sprays of non noxious vanilla scent. I've had my car for less than 4 weeks brand new off the lot. Again trusted this place with service i even payed a higher car wash value and left a good tip not knowing it would be scratched and windows and exterior would still be dusty and dirty from the people that clean the windows and dry the car. First time washing my car ever after purchase. After noticing the scratches and dirty stains I went back and told the owner and the owner didn't believe the scratches because he said he couldn't see them. They left the outside in such beautiful shape. It's gloss shiny and smooth. Again, I'm impressed with the exterior. However I'm leaving 2 stars out. That's due to lack of detail. First time here. I pulled into the wash service. The gentleman working was extremely nice. Very personable and kind. He did try to sell me on the "special", but didn't push it. He also tried to up-sell me on some cream for my dash, but again he didn't push it. It's nice when they tell you about the offers or "extras", but are not pushy. He can cracked a few jokes! When I drove up to get service the attendant wanted to up-sale for additional services but I declined the offer. I waited a long time to get my car vacuumed / washed / dried. The worst car wash I've gotten. There was misleading signs for a basic wash prices; I spent about $19 for a service I didn't want. The job was sloppy and they cut major corners. I have car magnets on my doors, and they didn't remove them, just cleaned around it (pictured below). The mats were soaking wet, they didn't fully vacuum the car, they left their dirty towel in the trunk and stole candy that I bought less than five minutes ago. When I got out of lunch I noticed a deep scratches on my hood and that the rims were filthy. I went back the next day and obviously I knew he was gonna deny the scratches were made there. That was expected but he couldn't deny the rims were filthy and the inside by my hand break was full of dirt. You know what's awesome... when your car comes out dirtier! My car sat in sun so I had spots on front windshield and a few on the back. Inside was not vacuumed, I don't know how they missed that. Lint all over everything. We went back so they can lighten the spots because apparently they can't clean them properly , we left with a smudged windshield with lint and lighter spots. I've been coming to this car wash for years now. They've worked on all my previous cars and have never left me unsatisfied. Granted, you do have to remind them to spray your interior with car scent. (Not a big deal) Make sure you do a clear inspection and walk around your car to check for imperfections.
