I've had my car for less than 4 weeks brand new off the lot. Again trusted this place with service i even payed a higher car wash value and left a good tip not knowing it would be scratched and windows and exterior would still be dusty and dirty from the people that clean the windows and dry the car. I have car magnets on my doors, and they didn't remove them, just cleaned around it (pictured below). You know what's awesome... when your car comes out dirtier! My car sat in sun so I had spots on front windshield and a few on the back. Inside was not vacuumed, I don't know how they missed that. Lint all over everything. We went back so they can lighten the spots because apparently they can't clean them properly , we left with a smudged windshield with lint and lighter spots. (Not a big deal) Make sure you do a clear inspection and walk around your car to check for imperfections.
