Went to get my SUV washed. I waited over an hour and 20 mins. Then they left my truck in the sun for over 20mins which left water spots. I told the big guy behind the counter and he didn't do much about it. The worker did the best he could sprayed some stuff as he was drying it. I come like clock work to this spot. The man who runs is tries his best to make sure things run quickly when it's lit. You'll catch him outside directing cars and moving people around to get you in and out. Terrible place. I went there today to get my car washed. When they finished I went up and discovered there was no key. My car is keyless and only requires the key fob be in the car for it to start. The workers there claimed that they "never received the key." Then how we're you able to take the car through the wash; geniuses? Even the owner came out and backed up his workers and claimed they never received the key, despite not even being around when this happened. Eventually, they did find it. Guess where it was? On the wheel. No apology from the owner or the employees. Great. Finally, the job they did was poor. There were still spots of dirt. The owner just said that it was too dirty. Too many layers of dirt. I specifically came here, paid more than your average car was because it was extra dirty. Shady place and shady owner. As I come to this place, ever time it seems the wait is a lot longer and not enough staff. I waited over 1 hr 1/2 to get my car dried and by the time they got to my car it was completely dried. There were streaks in the window, where you could easily see they didn't touch with a towel. There were parts along the bottom of my door panels that were obviously not cleaned. There were still some spots I wish they had gone over, and I did have to ask them to re-write a section of my back window. It was a bit more expensive than some of the other car washed I've been to, but they seemed to take good care of my car, so that's worth it. I've literally been coming here for over 10 years and I've always had a good experience up until today I took my car here to get washed and it came out missing and the antenna cover when I've asked them where did my antenna cover go they said I didn't have it before so I asked the guy to go look for it and he found it and said that the air blower blew it off and they were going to superglue it mind you my car is a 2018 Hyundai Sonata there's no reason why I need to superglue it so I talked to the owner and he said he's not responsible for anything damage on my vehicle we looked over the cameras and we saw where my antenna cover was broken still he insisted that it was broken prior to the car wash and they were not going to fix it so they resolve the problem by using crazy glue did not really give my money back and didn't take any responsibility for it read more
