They came out a second time and replace the outlet PVC which was leaking. the pump still did not put out any water, so they told me I needed to get someone that digs wells. I called several companies and none of them worked on residential. I called Thomas Mason. He came out the next day. all my pump needed was the inlet PVC installed CORRECTLY. Something the other company did twice, and it still did not pump any water. After 15 minutes and for less cost the pump was up and running. It was GREAT to find AWESOME service and a FAIR Price. Knowing nothing about anything involving more than a hairdryer I needed assistance with the fact there was no water from the "oump"? DD was here in less than two hours and had everything working very quickly. They even tried to explain what was wrong (I did not understand or really care) and insisted on billing me (got to love South Alabama!). Well, a few weeks later I got a bill that was so small I had to call to make sure there was not an error. The nicest lady answered and explained that they only charged me for the minimum. Why not five stars? I still just don't understand the whole pumping water out of the ground thing and it just does not excite me. Dallas Drilling did!
