DD was here in less than two hours and had everything working very quickly. They even tried to explain what was wrong (I did not understand or really care) and insisted on billing me (got to love South Alabama!). Well, a few weeks later I got a bill that was so small I had to call to make sure there was not an error. The nicest lady answered and explained that they only charged me for the minimum. They came out a second time and replace the outlet PVC which was leaking. the pump still did not put out any water, so they told me I needed to get someone that digs wells. I called several companies and none of them worked on residential. I called Thomas Mason. He came out the next day. all my pump needed was the inlet PVC installed CORRECTLY. Something the other company did twice, and it still did not pump any water. After 15 minutes and for less cost the pump was up and running. It was GREAT to find AWESOME service and a FAIR Price. I also asked him to do the same with 2 pieces of light furniture in the other room he cleaned. I just went into both rooms and the carpet in front of these 3 pieces is damp but completely dry underneath all 3. This means that all he did was put them up on these foam blocks. So what happens if I want to move that dresser or the other two pieces?

Turns out the fan was broken, so he went and bought the part and returned to fix it by noon. Tim is very knowledgeable and explained a lot about refrigerators and I learned a lot. I believe the service was excellent for a reasonable price (the service charge to come out was $95, which is lower than most other appliance repair companies). I would recommend giving Budget Appliance Repair a call if you have an appliance problem. They seem to be very good, and I will look them up again if I need other repairs for our appliances.
