While on the phone with the request, the man laughed at my request and made me feel stupid for even asking if an appliance repair shop could fix my appliance. They sent someone out two days later to my house to evaluate the situation. Great start! Quick response by sending someone out. Then everything went wrong. The man gave me a quote, and told me they had the part back in the warehouse and he would be back in three days to install and repair the ice maker. 2 weeks ago by and I haven't heard anything. I call the company and was told they didn't actually have the part but had ordered it and the part would be arriving in three days, at which time they would call me. Another 14 days go by without a phone call. It is now middle of December 2021 and I call once again. Again they say, oh we just ordered the part and it will be here in three days. A whole month goes by (now it's January 2022) and I call again and leave a voicemail. I never heard back from this company again. I completely understand there are supply chain issues and if the part is actually backordered- that's fine, just tell me! Instead this company strung me along and kept telling me "3 more days" when that was all a lie. Awful way to do business and as a young female I felt uncomfortable with the way the conduct business. Would not recommend this company.
