We were worried at first to use this company since its small but felt more comfortable that Rick Steve recommended them in his book. BEST decision of our trip to use them. Kjetil, the owner, responded to all of our questions quickly via email and accommodated our requests like unlimited mileage and picking up the car in Bergen - which meant his daughter drove it over in the morning to meet us and took the express boat back home herself! To return it we just parked it at our hotel in Balestrand and Kjetil met us to pick it up. It was so easy and seamless.
Renting a car allowed us to see so many beautiful spots in Norway without the tourist crowds and we got to discover hidden gems at every corner. We kept pulling over to take pictures all day long.
