Worst experience ever. Called in advance to inquiry about space availability, I was informed that they had plenty of tables open. Upon getting here, we were told we could sit anywhere by the hostess. We sat on the couch because we wanted to sit close to each other. The hostess asked us to move just in case they get busy for the night. They had plenty of tables open. It was already close to 1 am, let's be realistic, they were not getting any more packed than what they already were. She insisted we move. This is by far my favorite place in South Florida, it's also my boyfriends as well. When he visits we always go there and relax with the best hookahs I've ever had, hands down. The staff at Bali is beyond wonderful and Fatima is our favorite, she's such a genuine sweet girl. The rest of the staff is also fantastic, they are all super friendly and we feel very comfortable and welcomed there. They take pride in their business, we went one night when they were remodeling and everyone was working hard, contributing, it was truly nice to see. When they reopened the interior was so beautiful, it's like a swanky jungle in there with these big leather comfy couches you just sink into. The hookah selection is off the charts, so smooth and delicious, not harsh at all and my favorite is the pineapple mojito with mint. So soothing and smooth and the presentation there is prefect, the hookahs are beautiful. Also, they have these pineapple rum drinks that are served in a actual pineapple, they are delicious and fancy and we absolutely love them. Yummy! The music is always on point, very relaxing yet hot, I hear so many songs I need on my playlist. The DJ on Saturday's kills it, he's definitely talented and switches it up occasionally but mainly spins banging house music. They have food as well so we tired a charcuterie board last time and it was delicious and they serve fairly late which is awesome too. Overall Bali is five stars all the way and I highly recommend stoping by to experience what I would say is the most elegant hookah lounge I've ever seen. Keep up the good work guys! read more

So we went on a Wednesday. Super laid back and nice ambiance really dark in there! But the waitress didn't know ANY liquor! We had to keep repeating to her what drinks we wanted. They first ran out of Patron then ran out of Don Julio so basically we stopped drinking Bc they had no other tequila. So they aren't full bar. The waitress speaks REALLY close to your face with all the corona cases going on! It was 1 waitress dealing with 10 tables she couldn't handle. To top it off one of the workers dropped HOT COAL on my bfs back which was an embarrassing moment for him Bc it went in his pants! The manager said he would discount 10% of our tab??????? Ridiculous!!! He ended up giving half off after saying we'll let the news know what happened that's when he changed his mind. Tab was high it was a group of 8. We got no apology nothing we just left. Been here on multiple occasions with a group of friends and this is what we have experienced: Pros.- Owner or manager is very nice and attentive. CONS.- 1.Employees are very unprofessional, no greeting, do not introduce themselves when they come to the table to bring the hookah or change the coal. This place feels like a bunch of friends came together and decided to try to run an upscale hookah lounge but it's obvious that the employees have no structure and no one is setting boundaries. 2. They never have the flavor of hookah you ask for, or they say they have something similar. If you are open on a weekend you should make sure you are fully stocked of the flavors you are offering on your menu. Just not the best quality hookah experience. 3. Prices change? Have gone on different weekends and have been charged different prices on their hookah specials. 4. Drinks taste like the ones that come in a premixed bottle. 5. RESTROOM IS DIRTY!!!!!! Floors are dirty and it looks like no one has mopped, toilet paper should be fastened to a dispenser NOT sitting on the back of the toilet- that just means it will fall and touch the DIRTY floor. Napkins should be in a dispenser NOT a paper towel roll on top of the wet sink. There is no reason for the bathroom to be so dirty when the place is empty and has not been open for that long. There is just ONE restroom and no one is taking the time to make sure it is ready for customers. Overall, this is not a quality place, they want to claim they are a luxury hookah lounge but it is dirty, service is lacking and hookah and drinks are subpar. read more

It wasn't until one of us went inside and actually asked for one that we got the menu! Then as soon as we got it, someone rudely asked if we were finally ready and that's when we decided to leave. Currently leaving my friend ordered 2 chicken tenders and I ordered wings as soon as he ordered them he told the manager he wants too cancel one order .....20 min later nothing arrived when I asked the waiter about my wings he said he cancelled everything when I didn't cancel my food... Also they don't "have" tap water so do they not wash there hands....not to mention if you are looking for ice cream they do have some in milkshakes but won't let you purchase it on its own overall I don't recommend !!!!!!!!! At the end of the night, the whole group had been put on one bill, the checkout process was very unorganized, and we ended up being double charged for food items that we have receipts proving we paid for. It's a nice lounge but the customer service is terrible. Went there yesterday to enjoy a night out and right when we stepped inside the waitress stopped us and said did you make reservations. We said no and she proceeded to say well we can sit you both but once 10pm comes you might have to give up the table or go outside. Mind you we got there at 7:30pm. Before going there I did research them and tried to see if they had a website which of course they did not. After that the waitress was just not friendly. She sat us at a table that our legs couldn't even fit under. One of the chairs were broken. When she took our order she left and was no where to be found. The place was not very busy when we were there. We found another waitress because our waitress was who know where and ask to move to another table that we just seen a couple leave from. Our waitress came back and said that table is reserved. That table remained untouched the whole time we was there and there were plenty of other tables that were empty. The hookah we got was nice. The pitcher of sangria was okay. The only reason I'm give two stars and not a one star is because the other waitress that kept helping us was amazing. She was friendly and tried to help us but there was only so much for her to do since she wasn't our table waitress. Our original waitress wouldn't even come to our table to see how we were doing.
